This place a SCAM.I went to buy an unlocked phone that would work overseas. The dude sold me a phone and said yea this one is unlocked and that it will work. I paid $170. My uncle took it overseas and tried multiple sims and did not work at all. Came back immediately within a week and told him that it don’t work.He said ok. I told him I’ll back once my uncle comes back with the phone. A month later I came back to him and tried to get a refund cause the phone works with a sim from here but not overseas. The dude wouldn’t give me a refund and keeps telling me it works overseas. How the hell do you know that it works overseas when you only tested it here. I’ll always tell people not to go here.

I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2016.. TODAY WAS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! INSTEAD OF FIXING MY PROBLEM, THE YOUNG GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER HELPED TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS. MY PROBLEM NEVER RESOLVED.

This place was so bad, I got a $10 dollar screen protector from Amazon. Then I went to Metro so the guy that works there can put it on. I gave him the screen protector 10 minutes later he tells me “sorry I tried my best” and gave me my phone with so many air bubbles on it. I took off the screen protector crumbled it threw it at his face and dipped. The workers aren’t even experienced. Waste of time and $10 bucks.

The retail associate Sid was very helpful. He took the time to listen to what kind of phone i wanted and didn't just try to sell me any phone. I spent 2 hours in there and left with a new phone as well as a tablet. I highly suggest this place if your in the area.

This store is overcharging on every single thing Metro website says you can buy a sim card for 10$ in store when I came in the store to do that I was told the Sim would be $20No discounts on purchasing phones either

7:47pm on a Tuesday April 9th it's closed even thou their i can see a guy in the store. He repeats to me he is closed I say it's not even close to 8 he says again come back tommorow....no thanks I won't.
