I came in to the store with a lot issues with my phone . I was lost and didn't know what to do cause I've so much information in my phoen which is not backed up. The rep over was so calm and patient about the whole process and help me out get a new phone and able to transfer all my info . I'm so grateful to him and I will definitely recommend a lot of customers to him .
