“Have taken my pets here for 10+ years and have never been disappointed. Dr. Neno and ALL staff are polite, pleasant and make even the worst experiences manageable. Even if you only go in annually they remember you and your pet. You're never rushed and they make sure to answer any and all questions you have. Can't recommend enough. :)”

“Country Lane Veterinary staff and Dr George McKenna were very friendly, welcoming, helpful, understanding with my concerns (for my over weight cats), and my needs (for my new kitten vaccinations). They helped me understand how to watch my cats’ diets more closely. Staff were not judgmental of me at all for anything. They were all showing my pets so much of their kindness and care, and at the same time, they were all very sweet and kind to me too! I really needed their kindness. Kindness goes a long way. Their kindness here is very true, not FAKE that you see in many other places. I am so happy I found a great place for my pets to be vetted and cared for when they need it. “They were able to reschedule my appointment the day before appointment dueto money issues. When I went to appointment with my dog they were extremely nice. They were understanding of low money. Offered FOA I fo to help pay for fixing my dog, explained what was and wasn't covered with FOA payment certificate. They explained what was needed to happen prior to appointment. They also let me remain in the room while I sent my dogs vaccination records to them, telling me when they received my email. I will be going back to get my dog fixed, and more.”

“Staff is amazing! One of my dogs is very skittish and for the first time ever she bit one of the staff members. I appreciated the staff member's response toward my dogs behavior. She didn't respond in any negative way towards my dog and we continued to examine the issue at hand. Prices are always reasonable, to me.
