Management is nearly non existent. Management likes to harass tennants when she is there. Rules are enforced only for those who she doesn't like. Snow removal/ salting of sidewalks is a joke! If they salt by noon you are lucky! Her " favorite" tennants" are allowed to harass others and break rules. Management writes up bogus lease violations to harass.I would have given less than one star if I could.
