“Has most of what I need when I need it. The store is very cluttered in the front of the store by the cash registers. Counters are so full of impulse buy products that you have trouble getting to the counter to put my purchases on the counters. The islands in front of the cash registers just makes it an obstacle course to walk past the registers to get to the back of the store and adds to the cluttered look and feel when shopping. There's 5 autoparts stores within 2 miles of that store, one right next door and one across the road. I'll typically go to the most organized store first to save time, Advanced Auto Parts is rarely my first choice.”

“I was away from home and in need of a replacement part for my air conditioning in my car. The folks at the NAPA store could not help me. Upon some advice from my brother I went to this place. The very friendly staff were very obliging and eager to help me.As they did not have what I needed they immediately checked stock at other stores nearby. They found it 5 miles away, had the staff at that store put it aside with my name on it, and told me that I could either pick it up myself or they would have it brought over from the other store that afternoon. That is the definition of customer service and satisfaction.Additionally, the part itself was only $19.95. The Subaru dealership was going to charge me $80.00 and make me wait a week for it.”
