I always make an appointment. Always have to wait. Last time was a 45 minute. Today I went in with my grand daughter to fix her nail. Waited 30 mins. People came in and they took them.

Where they yell at you for asking politely the way you’d like it and then telling you no it’s looks better this way. See it looks good. I left without having them painted or even finished.

It's a decent place, nails technicians are nice, but chairs don't work well, which is a minor annoyance. But overall, it's not a bad place.

I am very disappointed in my experience today. I was going to the nail salon that was here before since I was little and have loved coming back to the new owner Sophia. However, today changed my mind. My friend called a day early to make sure they can take off her tips and transfer her to powder. Was told yes. Had a 2 o clock appointment and thankfully didn’t have to wait. However it somehow ended up being a 3 hour process start to finish. My nails are mismatched, my friends tips were SCRAPED OFF WITH THEIR METRO CARD OUT OF THEIR WALLET. She wasn’t soaked and they had no idea how to take them off.

Twice I had an appointment and was taken late. The 1st time my appointment for mani pedi was for 4pm at 445 I left since I had nit been sean at 4.The next time I had an appointment at ten and the did not arrive to open the shop until 1020.Then hid my acrylic nail mani started but was moved to my pedi before it was finished and waited other 30 min before it got restated.

They went under new ownership within the last year and I have been regularly going since! Never once had a negative experience. Everyone is friendly, professional, so helpful and great at what they do. Sophia, Emma, May to name a few, but everyone who works there are the best! Sophia is awesome. Please know the reviews from more than 6 months ago are from a different owner. Sophia and her husband just took over. The place is clean, everyone is friendly, and my nails have never held up better! I am rough on my nails and I still go 3-4 weeks with powder. They dont even chip! Thank you Sophia!

if i can give 0 stars i would!!! worst nail salon i ever been too. a full set of short acrylic nails is 75 dollars!!!!!! are u fucjing kidding me. i could get a long full set at nail tek 2 for 40. my nails cracked the next day. i'm so mad. do not spend ur money here! they had no idea what they were doing. did not know how to shape at all either. they looked gross.

Best Nail Salon in the area. I've been going here for 12 years. I am very picky and have tried lots of places. They are Very clean and friendly.
