Today is July 7th, if you are shopping at the Stop and Shop in Holbrook, check ANY of your frozen or refrigerated items. They, for the third time in just a few months, lost power in these sections. Water is leaking out of the frozen and refrigerated sections and bags of fruit were actually SOFT. Watch what you pick up today. Allegedly, they have the same crew back to fix the problem they keep having with these units.

Being autistic and ordering my food for delivery is very useful and convenient. At least when ordering from other stores. Some orders food is missing (not out of stock, but MISSING). The order I just got didn’t have any cases of water that I ordered. The fresh food I order is 50/50 fresh. Other times I get a delivery guy who is banging more than ten times at my door at 6am. Today he knocked as he put EACH BAG OF FOOD at my door, even after knocking the first time because I told them I don’t like the banging. I understand that they have to knock I just wish stop and shop was a little more considerate since I can’t physically buy my food. I am always home ready to receive my food and have a phone number on file yet everyone I speak to has a negative attitude response when asked to be accommodated. Instead they knock more and harder! Won’t be using this location again.

The big clock over the exit door on the west side of the store has been broken for years in the Holbrook New York store.

I am pretty sure it is time to replace the small garbage tins in your ladies' bathroom, Stop and Shop! This is really disgusting. How does a cleaner overlook the obvious? And, are you ever going to restock the toilet seat covers?

Not my usual store but all the savings are the same, same type of great staff and clean store. Very nice staff too!

Yes, Stop n Shop is clean and well lit but it's becoming increasingly expensive for day to day products. I understand inflation but it seems like their prices are inflated when no other option is available. In other words, their location in Shirley and Bellport is cheaper than this one. Check it out yourself

I’m sick and tired of self checkout. Now they have more of them. Sunday morning and they have 2 cashier’s with 4 or 5 people in line waiting. Will start shopping elsewhere

store is great! They have everything on the shelf all the time and when i can't find something i ask a staff member and they have no problem helping me find it! Great store with extremely friendly staff. A+++++

After the redesign, there are fewer options, aisles feel cramped, location of items make no sense. It feels less open and less convenient. This was my “go to” store. I don’t go there anymore. I go to other Stop abd Shops now. Very disappointed in the redesign.
