First time client today. I was very nervous because I had been going to the same salon for ten years previously. However everyone here was friendly. The place is modern and clean. My hair came out great and already made an appointment to return.

Just went for a blowout (the day before my wedding).. My stylist didn’t speak to me or smile once through out the service & I felt as though she had better things to be doing than my hair. The service felt rough and as if it was an annoyance to my stylist. Blow out ended up being exactly what I asked for and well done, just not the most warm or welcoming experience, especially for the occasion.

I have sensitive skin and needed a place that would give me great haircuts without the typical barbershop dudebro attitude that always rubbed me the wrong way.Sam is an angel and always is gentle with my hair and will always make sure I get exactly what I want! She is also not afraid to give me directions to make sure I look my greatest!I've only ever had Sam but everyone else is very accommodating and welcoming so you'll have a great time. Plus the artwork and atmosphere is fantastic.I've been going here now for a few months and the consistent results speak for themselves. Great place!

One of the best haircuts I've ever gotten. Shawnie listened to each request of mine, and gave her own suggestions - any gentle nudges she gave were WELL worth it, and she never pushed her own thoughts over my own.I was respected (huge, as a trans man getting a haircut), and WILL be coming back.

New to area. Been to this salon 3 times within a year and a half. First time, a good experience. The second time not so much, rude, felt rushed and did not do what I asked. The third time I went was to fix the horrible balayage done to my hair by one of their stylists at the second visit. Since then I had to reschedule, I never did just not show up; I RESCHEDULED. 1.) For being called into work (I work in healthcare) 2.) I was exposed to covid and finally after waiting 2 months for a Saturday appointment 3.) Today, WITH ALL INTENTIONS of going to my appt tomorrow but sadly I woke up sick. I tried to reschedule for my appt TOMORROW and I was told in a very rude and unprofessional manner I am no longer allowed to be a customer there bc I have rescheduled 2 times and this being the third, I can’t come back. If I didn’t show up, I would understand but each time was/is a valid reason. Very poor customer service. I’ll travel back to Nassau to my OG girl… she does a better job than anyone I saw at this “trying to be upscale” salon.Services: Hair coloring
