Terrible service with pushy owners. I had a gift card but did not even get a chance to use it since they swiped my credit card so fast. They took a picture of my nail design that I got at another place to take credit for it. Over priced pedicure for not that great of a quality and service. Very uncomfortable and not relaxing experience. I would recommend going to Sunshine Nails right down the road instead!

Under new management, although nice new owners, I am loyal to Jade who they let go. Always get your nail techs number!! Glad I did.

Under new management!
I saw the Grand Opening sign and decided to give this place a chance. It’s clean and spacious. I got my nails done by One and she was wonderful! Every detail of my mani is perfect. The pricing was fair for the work done.
Will definitely be coming back! ??

New owners, place is still beautiful and everyone so helpful. Best pedicure and a new pedicure menu of choices, mango, pomegranate, cucumber and much more. Definitely try them out. Alot of the old crew still here, no worries. New owner a doll.

They say 3 x's a charm - well I tried! First time - was ok - but had to go back because one nail was lumpy. They fixed it. Ok - chalk it up to one minor flub. Second time - was ok but had nail polish all over my cuticles, uneven nails and they tried to fix it - but not so good. Again - another chipped this time the day after they were done and two nails were lumpy and uneven. Like a previous review here....the filing goes on and on and on and on! Takes FOREVER. IF they didn't add so much acrylic, all of this filing wouldn't be necessary. Insane! Third time (AND LAST).........had to change my appt. from the lady who did it last two times, so when I sit down at a different station, the lady walks up and screams my name and gives me a dirty look bcz someone else was doing my nails! That should have been my clue to walk out. Another lady removed my nail polish with a drill file and proceeds to cut 3 of my cuticles!! OUCH! Now I'm bleeding. Disaster! Then the acrylic and filing started......and more filing......and more filing! I wanted to cry. After an hour an 15 minutes my fill in is FINALLY done! Only to go up to the front to pay and I am charged more than the last two visits for the SAME SERVICE! I said something to the man behind the counter and he tells me this is the price.......NO IT WASNT the last time. Needless to say......I am never going back. They do a sloppy job, cause injury and charge because they feel like it. DISASTER!!! DO NOT USE PLAZA NAILS.......EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going here ever since I started doing gel manicures every 2 weeks. They are always so warm and welcoming and treat their regulars well.Super clean, and always so accommodating… even when I come with my two daughters in tow (they do a great job with them too!)Katie is the best! Had a gel manicure and the whole experience was very rushed. I was done within 20 minutes and the polish was streaky and some nails were not completely painted. The nails were chipping within one week and now before 2 weeks have passed, entire fingers of polish are peeling off. Typically gel manicures from other places last at 4 weeks for me before chipping so I am very disappointed as Plaza was also more expensive than other salons where I have had the same service.Services: Manicure

The staff here treats the Hispanic ladies lot staff very poorly every time I'm here and they are the reason I return to this establishment. They never rush my service and they always do a fabulous job. Once they hear I am getting regular polish because I'm an esthetician, nobody but them ever want to do my nails which is a shame since I always tip minimum $20 for regular polish. Nancy was fabulous and deserves to be treated way better. I used to be a regular for Lucy who doesn't work there anymore. ( probably because they treated her poorly every single time I had her) Maria is also fabulous. I'm hoping the owners will see this and give these ladies the recognition they so badly deserve. Ask for Nancy she was absolutely wonderful.

I have been going here for years. The last three times I did powder gel it has been horrible. Glue all down my fingers underneath my nails-the color down my fingers as well. I’m very disappointed because when I said something they brush you off. Looks like I’ll be going elsewhere going forward.

I took myself, my daughter and my niece for a treat. I got my daughter a gift certificate for xmas they said full set of acrylics was $60, so that's what I got. when we sat down they said it was $70. then I asked for a different nail tech then last time bc my daughters nails fell off in 5 days. they gave me same women. then she comes over to me to ask if she wants this or that but this is better and stronger, so she upsold on everything, but I said fine do it. her nails came out to $110.00. but instead of upwelling she should've done what my daughter asked for, she asked for long she said no to young we do short, she asked for French with black tips she said no to young we do blue ombré which I think she's ons with ombre bc she made her do that against my daughters wishes last time. I called when I got home bc we were in a rush and told her my daughter got NOTHING she asked for. owner said to come back after the new year. so I called as soon as I could but wound up getting Covid, she said it's going on 2 weeks I said I know with the holiday and work and now I have Covid. So she wanted to charge us a minimum. i said no way her nails were $110.00 I won't pay for another dime more and I wanted a full née set bc surprise they fell off again. She hung up on me! I will never go back there again And neither should anyone else! Instead of upselling they should concentrate on client satisfaction. They are rude and they can't even do great nails! SHAME ON YOU PLAZA NAILS!!

Got powder dip nails Wednesday, Thursday there was a crack on one of my nails, and today part of the nail completely fell off. They charged $40 for this and I gave a $10 tip. The lady was rushing and at the end I had base coat and nail polish all over the sides of my nails and even underneath my fingers. I will not be coming back here. Gel Manicure was horrific for $30. No filing, no cuticles pushed back or cut, the paint job looked like a 2 year old did it. The owner was rude, obnoxious, and far from accommodating when explaining my disappointment. The owner was rude to her employees and to her customers. Do not go to this place…overpriced for a terrible job. The pedicures for regular pedicure just about $30 and an awful job as that. Amazed this business is still opened.Services: Gel manicures
