“This is the 3rd time I have had blood drawn by Milagros. That Lady is pure gold. She is always kind and gentle, and before I know it, she is done. She is the only one who works at the Smithtown Ave. Bohemia location. She does intake, paperwork and the blood draws. Even when very busy, she is so efficient that the wait time is minimal. I always feel like I am in good hands when I see Milagros and I hope Sunrise is treating her well as she deserves that! (And I don't think there will be too many phlebotomists willing to be a "one man band" if she ever decides to leave.)”
“This is my first time going to Sound Endocrinology (building 3C) in Stony Brook. Dr. Mitsinikos is very professional and informative. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. My only qualm was that after I got my MRI I was sent the results within days and the office waited two weeks until my next appt to tell me the results. I understand I had an upcoming appt but I still felt like I should have been notified once the results were in. Then we could have discussed them at my upcoming appt.”

They are so good at extracting blood from my vein, I don't even have a mark where they inserted the needle. Other places should be this professional. Sorry no photos. Lol”
“I went in for standard bloodwork and urine test. The check in process was very fast and efficient at the kiosk. I was called in 2 minutes after I completed the check in. The technician was very nice, put me at ease (I have a thing about needles), and took my blood painlessly. I received my results online with explanations that were easy to read and understand.”

“The Phlebotomist Nancy was so patient and helpful with me. I did not have an appointment and she help me get set up and took me in anyways. Made my experience extremely pleasant.The overall process is fairly quick and easy and made something as tedious as getting blood drawn mostly enjoyable.Thank you!!”

“This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood drawn. I just walked out of my appointment and I am writing this from my car. My lab technician was Shamika and she was absolutely amazing. She explained that I have vasovagal which is why I get tunnel vision and almost pass out when I get my blood drawn. She not only waited with me until I felt better, but she didn’t rush me, she talked with me, and she got me water AND a Werther’s caramel to help get some sugar in my body. She is fantastic and I will be requesting her from here on out whenever I have my blood drawn. She definitely doesn’t get paid enough for how awesome she is at her job. Thank you Shamika!!!”
“Convenient location - less than 2 miles from my house. Early appointments (6:30 am), easy and quick self-check-in. The hardest part was finding a vein. I was pricked twice and each time it was accurate. Note to self...drink water, even if fasting!”

“Had some blood taken today at LabCorp on N. Ocean Ave. in Patchogue. This is my second visit and it was as simple and easy as the first time last year. Jakelyn greeted me kindly and was very gentle. They use small, children's needles, so there really is "just a small pinch" when inserted. Don't be afraid; it is quick!”
“Very friendly staff. They were also very professional. The woman who drew my blood did a great job - I am one of the challenging patients who they have to stick a few times; she got it right away so I was there less than 10 minutes total!”

I've had very many blood tests and their technicians are excellent finding veins right away and I almost never bruise, which says a lot because I am a blood thinner, and therefore, I bruise very easily.”

“I must commend This wonderful mobile imaging company's service to anyone home bound ! My mom has had a series of small strokes and was in need of an updated chest X-Ray and an EKG. The technologist that came to the home was prompt, introducing himself to my mother in a upbeat but respectful manner , engaging her in the whole process, explaining every thing he was to do next so she was not fearful of what was going to happen! He was very efficient in carefully setting up the equipment all the while speaking slowly and loudly enough for her to hear and comprehend( to the degree she could!) His very gentle and pleasant( but highly efficient) manner kept her calm. During the EKG,as soon as the leads were strategically placed on her bared chest he closed her pj top and quickly preceded with that exam.( sometimes, as with all medical tests, a bit of our dignity is offended but it's either that or get a poor exam result! I know all to well, I'm a retired X- Ray technologist that worked for radiologists that were exacting and demanded the highest quality images!) In today's increasingly impersonal world , it's refreshing to see a company that holds itself to higher standards! My second experience with this company ( my mother had to have an ABD/pelvic sonogram) was with an Very pleasant , efficient and caring ultrasound technologist ( to my happy surprise I found out she was one of the owners of this company!) She put my mother instantly at ease by gently touching her arm as she introduced herself. she also explained what she was going to do at each portion of the exam( ie. putting the ultrasound wand with cool gel on her abdomen before she did it so my mother wasn't startled ) Her soothing voice and calm manner translated to cooperation from my mom! ( and believe me, my mom is stubborn and uncooperative" to the max" if she thinks she doesn't like or trust you!!!). When she completed the sono she made sure that my mother was wiped dry of any gel and was comfortably back in her favorite position in her hospital bed! And another note worthy point.. SHE told ME the timeline as to when the doctor would get the test results...I DID NOT HAVE TO ASK HER! ( that's a rarity , trying to have people give me info like this is like pulling teeth !). I would highly recommend this great company if you are in need of imaging services that come to the home!”
