Beyond disgusting an outdated by far the worst place to be I would much rather honestly spend the night in jail than be here!!!!!! Roach infested and when I told the front guys the lady was very rude and told me flat out that I was lying and when she sent the cleaning people to check out the roach problem and they came back and told her what I said was true she refused to give me a refund and kicked me out the next day

I had a bad motorcycle accident and decided to stay here because of my injuries were are renting 2 rooms i would be in my car nd staff would go in my rooms then i called to rent them again nd i would get over price all the time my kids and husband would stay in my room nd would go to the other room to sleep nd they always said we had a lot of people in one room what u expect we are a family of 6 we are always going to be together but i guess they dont have familys theres one every but every rude guy always yells at the paying customers when ever he doesn't like something he always says we have to many people in the rooms and they have to over charge that they magically see the cameras at all times if the owner doesn't listen to the customers to change the way some of his staff talk to the customers his going to lose customers

Clerk was rude from the start, I was looked at like I had 3 heads. You should never have to go back to the front desk asking them to take care of that should of been done already. During check in ice containers should be given or already in the room, the same with ashtrays. And don't get in a huff when customers ask for the basic.

I was respectfully greeded when I approached to reserve a room. The environment was very calm and clean. The plants that surrounded me as I was conversating with the employee to reserve my room....... were all wonderfully "real" and watered to a healthy perfection. When I opened the door to my room...... I was once again very pleased...... because everything was to the standards and clean. The carpet was vacuumed and clean and the bed was neatly prepped with clean covers (also checked the sheets because why not) and...... once again pleasingly clean with a pleasant fragrance of cleanliness. Thank you. For a truly comfortable, peaceful and affordable stay. I was facing a very challenging presentation the next day and I am actually being honest and thankful for my stay at the MacArthur inn...... I am a hard working mother who has three wonderful children and my job unfortunately requires me to travel and sometimes on my own dime and I genuinely always wish there would be a genuine, honest and clean, affordable stay inn's and this was exactly what I imagine. The next day on my presentation I truly aced my goals! All because all the expenses and frustrations were swift away with the honesty of MacArthur inn!Thank you..... sincerely E.S

This is the worst dirtiest motel I have ever been in. Paid 75$ and didn't stay longer than to take these photos. Do not come here. It's filthy,and not renovated like they said. The clerk is a rude rude man who barely speaks English and was sleeping and nasty that I woke him

The place has potential but because the owner of the hotel refuses to properly do renovations it’s literally going to eventually fall apart and close down … like night management first off was sleeping … I asked for garbage bags a vacuum even soap his pathetic response is not now I’m not getting up … don’t stay here even if it was your last resort just don’t

Rooms were small, bathroom had NO hot water and the TV wouldn't fully turn off so I had to sleep with the TV light on for the night. Fridge worked good tho lol. Fan in the bathroom turned on as soon as you hit the light switch and sounded like it was gonna fall out!

This is the WORST motel I have ever been too. Our toilet overflowed and the man behind the counter gave me a mop and bucket and towels to clean it myself. Didn’t even offer me a new room. Overcharged us for 2 rooms, which due to an emergency and shortage of finance this was the only affordable room for my children and I. The room was filthy and disgusting, I was scared to even lay on the bed. The doors didn’t lock, we had to barracad the doors for our safety. I contacted the health department and the bbb to complain. Ok too if that there was a lady outside our door high as a kite talking to herself and completely just out of her mind. I don’t recommend staying even if this is your last resort. Don’t waste your money.

Clean room looks like they are renovating the place friendly staff. Could use more water to take a shower and very low water pressure. No frills motel just a cheap place to stay and sleep.
