Worst delivery companie. Always lost item . They don't care the costumer

Says my items were delivered an unknown person not me not my name signed for my package they changed the shipping lable & refused to tell me the address where they put the packages?Not my address nothing on my ring camera? No photo of 82lb delivery? Customer service hung up on me. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Refuse to deliver my package and do nothing but reattempt deliveries. So my package just goes on the truck and back to warehouse for a 2 weeks now. Oh and good luck trying to talk to a person on the phone.
