Worst customer service & management staff I have ever experienced! No one cares. The apartments themselves are pretty nice looking, but that’s where the positive aspects end. The managers do not care about anything, and they dodge your calls and emails when you try to get in touch with them. The staff is RUDE (with a few exceptions). To add to the embarrassment, they do not care about people with disabilities, which is their most shameful attribute.

This place does not care about people with disabilities!!!!!!!! The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No wonder they have a 1 star rating. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

My family and I have been dealing with excessively noisy tenants in the unit above us for some time; stomping, screaming and banging all hours of the night. Our contract states quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. We haven’t had that since these people moved in. Like other poor reviews here, we too reached out to the leasing and corporate offices to try and get a resolution. We received no response and proceeded to follow the general instructions from the property in these instances and call the police. Well, we did, and we obtained two police reports in the process. The end result? Still no help from Fairfield and now we’re facing retaliation from the tenants we called the police on, at the direction of the property. In addition to this, these same tenants regularly drive around with open containers of alcohol while drinking. We provided video evidence of this and yup, you guessed it, still have not heard from anyone and it doesn’t appear it’s even being addressed. My wife and I even requested a transfer to a new unit (a more expensive one so we’re upstairs) and were willing to sign an extension on top of it. Anything to get out from under this situation that is negatively impacting my family and I, including our small child. After over a dozen points of contact, we still do not have a resolution. The next step will be having our attorney take legal action against the property. Now let's all wait for the response where they apologize for the inconvenience (they’re not sorry), they’re working diligently to resolve the issue (they’re not) and to contact them with any additional issues (so we can continue to be ignored).

Do not work with Susan the leasing realtor. Demand someone else. She lies to prospective tenants, is verbally extremely rude and unprofessional when asked a question about her tactics, and will likely cause the property to be sued one day. If you do smoothly sail through a lease with her, she will drop you immediately after signing, despite promises to help with anything you may need. This has been my family’s experience and multiple colleagues, as our company rented multiple units. Susan should not work with people in a service capacity.

Our experiences at this apartment complex have been out of the norm, but from other reviews, we are convinced that it's a norm that the only thing missing so far is their management team who could actually respond to problems.

I’d give this place a zero if I could, I lived here for several years had been nothing but a nightmare! Our apartment was filled with mold, and we were breathing it in for all of these years without even knowing, poor maintenance, and the staff don’t even care about it, or bother to check into it! We constantly got sick since the very first time we’ve moved in, having respiratory problems and headaches, this place shouldn’t exist period!!! New tenants who want to check this place out or move, DO NOT GO HERE!

Just moved in several months ago. Thanks to the super thin wall and ceiling, we've been constantly disturbed during our sleep by our annoying neighbor. Complained multiple times to get a feedback to this issue, yet still not solved. The lady on the call didn't bother to help us out, making excuses like their service team was "busy" and need time to respond to emails, while even after months, I am yet to receive their first email response.

We are sold a "luxury living experience" by a team that never feels like working. Trying to reach anyone to reserve the clubhouse for a birthday party is impossible. We pay a lot of money to live here and this is our home. Part of the reason we went with this complex was the clubhouse amenity so we can celebrate our daughters birthday. The people who run this place should be more accommodating if they don't like there job then it's not fair to the people who work hard to live here.

The maintenance staff is very efficient. I’ve had to have several things fixed since I moved in, I request and it’s usually done that day.I’m newly disabled. I am shocked how often the employees park their carts in the handicap zones. I have included a photo. This is far from the first time I’ve seen this. I have nicely asked them not to park in the handicap zones.Waiting since March for the pool lift to be installed. This place is so close to 5 stars…..

They allow you to put a bag of garbage out by your door. 4 apts in an area, 80 degree weather, imagine the smell, the bugs, the flies disgusting!! Politely asked neighbors not to do it, It keeps happening. So gross. I wish I read the comments before moving here. Third world countries don’t put garbage by their front doors.

This property leaves some to be desired, specifically property management. I have lived here for 2 years now and have requested the attention of the property manager Crystal multiple times in which she doesn't even have the decency to make a 5 minute phone call. This has been an issue for my neighboring residents as well. Multiple calls, emails, all ignored. For the price you pay, you'd think even an attempt to serve you would take place. There also seems to be a major plumbing issue, as we have experienced multiple water leaks in our floors, and dirt/brown water through our showers and sinks at times. Maintenance crew was attentive to these matters.Aside from the above, I will compliment the leasing agent Susan who was quite nice and helpful. She provided some excitement to our experience which sadly was met by disappointment due a bad property manager.

Yes, understood. I had the PSEG technician with me. He asked to visit the main office. He needed to know where the main server was located. She was rude and disrespectful to both him and I. She just kept repeating that she just came into the office, we need to contact maintenance. I asked for the direct numberShe then says she doesn’t have a number. But she will let them know to come to my unit. Don’t understand how she doesn’t have a number for them, but said she wouldn’t call and send them to my unit.Management (Susan Benson) is the worst. I started renting here in June 2022. She was the nicest person, very “accommodating” at that time.It is now September of 2022, and I am ready to break my lease. I was having an issue in my unit. I went to the office for the first time to ask a question. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her.I went back again the following week to ask how to go about breaking my lease. She AGAIN acted as if she was irritated that I came to ask a question.Hence, I will be calling the main office to break my lease. This rent is too expensive to be treated as if you are a bother to “management”

This place is beautiful! Susan from the leasing office is very friendly, professional, and great to work with. The amenities and apartments are very nice. Mike, Rob, Alex, and Tony have been incredible for all of our maintenance needs.
