Eray exemplifies customer service! They have needed medical equipment and supplies and very fair pricing. I had recurrent problems with an O2 Concentrator and they went over and above to resolve this with the manufacturer. I could not have asked for a better or more responsible experience than I got from them. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Even though they are in New York and I am in California I feel like doing business with them is like dealing with a trusted friend! I only wish there were more businesses with the same standard of service and concern!Thank you Frank and staff at Eray.

I called to ask if they could provide me with any information or even just lead me in the right direction regarding an oxygen tank and getting it serviced. The guy on the phone said “I don’t know about that” “I wouldn’t know”. I’m not sure but last time I checked oxygen and oxygen tanks are definitely medical supplies? Let me know if I’m wrong. Not even the slightest bit of customer service or decency on the phone. I don’tknow who these people are who claim they had a good experience but don’t waste your time calling this place.

I was in doubt based on the 1-star reviews. However, I called in and spoke to a human being answering all my questions. The lumbar-tracking equipment I ordered via their site was shipped same day and delivered at no additional cost two days later. I am one happy customer and would use this company again, especially given their competitive pricing.

At first I wasn't going to purchase from this company because I noticed that the only positive reviews were from family members, but since the price was so much better than everywhere else, I figured I would give it a try and just file a dispute with my credit card company if I had a problem. Other than their website glitching and not providing me with a confirmation email, (I was able to call and they promptly found my order), everything went smooth. I was able to use the credit card attached to my HSA account and purchase a medically necessary item without having to call in. It was shipped quickly with no extra charges. I WOULD do business with again.

I purchased a portable ultrasound unit from Eray Medical supplies in April/May of 2019. The unit had a 1 year warranty. It stopped working in November of 2019. I could not find the receipt. I provided the serial number and the company followed up and sent me a replacement unit on a timely basis. Many thanks for your excellent customer service! Helene Kamm

Do not buy from this company. I ordered online and put in shipping information. They quoted a price and I accepted. After order was complete they emailed the next day asking for more money saying that that their system didn't quote me right. I gave them the chance to make it right but this company is not reputable and will not stand by what they price online. They try to bring you in with a good price then ask for more!
