Google says 24 hour pharmacy. Worked for 20 hours with an ear infection, 5 hours away from my next shift, and I'm told I can't have my prescription because I show up 10 minutes after they close when Google says they don't. I hope whoever runs this location experiences the pain that I'm in.

I was in CVS in Holbrook and needed help with a flex spending card since I had never used it before. The manager was very helpful and explained how to use it and gave me a catalog that listed the products that apply to purchases in that store.

This "pharmacy" does not care about customers, but only about its own convenience. I tried to schedule a vaccination and was told they don't do that. So, you literally cannot go into this "pharmacy" and schedule a flu shot. You might struggle with this curiosity. How can any pharmacy hope to stay in business if they do not schedule shots and vaccines, etc.? The answer is that they employ the index finger and tell you that you must go on the internet to do what ordinary competency does effortlessly in the physical establishment itself. They also close the pharmacy area in the middle of the day, when customers should be SERVED in a competent business. I waited 40 minutes for the pharmacy to open only to be told that I could not make an appointment with the eminently capable person behind the counter. Needless to say, I will not ever return to such a place. (And two stars is a generous average Yelp rating for this place!)

The pharmacy is the worst. I just had an issue there and while I do like to frequent my local businesses I had such a bad experience there I had to share. Tyler the "head" pharmisct had a complete attitude while I was trying to fill my prescription. Turns out my "Top" notch health insurance did not cover my prescription ok I'll pay with my FSA Card ( that's why I have one). His attitude was that it might be too costly, but in a 100% snide way. I will take my business elsewhere

The staff is not helpful or we'll trained. The stock poorly maintained. They didn't even have things as simple as surgical masks . The only thing the store has going for it is it's location and its hours .

The following review is from Monday, I was told someone would contact me in 2 days. Still waiting so maybe letting the world know how they almost killed my unborn child will get some attention. Hello I would like a phone call from the store manager at cvs pharmacy in Holbrook I've been in this store since 945 ( this last 2 hours total). I've been on and off line 4 times asking for assistance in finding medications that I can take while pregnant. And now I've been 45 minutes for a Covid test. Look at the cameras and you can see my laying in the isle cause I feel like death and everyone behind the counter is just staring at me and not asking if I'm ok. I demand a refund for my entire order today. And I just spoke to a store manager who walked by me five times on laid on the floor and now he claims he did not see me this is unacceptable high demand he gets written up for this look at your cameras he walked by me five times. Also your pharmacist said she called me name I went up to the counter and nobody came to assist me. What kind of business do you run? They all need training again. Now I am going to urgent care to treat my hypoglycemia because your staff was so lovely to assist me while I'm laying on floor. I just left urgent care and they confirmed your pharmacist gave me medications that could of killed my unborn child. GOOD JOB CVS HOLBROOK. When I went back to return the medication that your pharmacist had gave me she was sitting there arguing with me saying that this is all the correct meds and as per Dr. I just went to Peter informed me that they were all incorrect medication. She proceeded to argue with me in the store saying that I did not ask for the correct meds meanwhile I have a list of the meds from my OB doctor that states what medications were exactly needed and I'm sorry she does not know how to read. Not sure why you would see anything less than 5 stars here. Must be folks not from Holbrook! I have asthma which obviously is a chronic disease serious with regard to the pandemic. As well as new prescription. Consultation , pick up , drive through and of course the pharmacists and techs! Great team saved us during the pandemic. Latest hours always hustling!

This pharmacy is the worst!!! No one answers their phones. Staff is slow! I have been trying to get a hold of the pharmacist for over An hour. I try calling the store (on hubby cell while on. Hold) to speak to management but I can’t get anyone and. Message has states pharmacy is now closed!!! WTH. I called at 5pm and have been on hold 90 mins. I have complained in the past And was told by store manager they are answer all calls in the queue. I have called And been on hold and drove to store and sat in drive thru still on hold, for 30 mins to tell me that my meds were not ready. This is unacceptable!! the store manager in the next breath informed me they are a busy store. Their is nothing we can do. She apologized for the long wait. This is very unacceptable. If they are a busy pharmacy the you need to have the appropriate staff!!!!

My doctor's office called in a prescription to help with my anxiety because I lost a loved one. I am so upset and stressed. My doctor's office called in the prescription at 2:30 pm into CVS. Well the store does not have it in stock and I can understand but please send me a curtesy phone call or a text message to inform me that the pharmacy does not have the medication in stock and help to resolve this issue. They could call another CVS to see if the medication is in stock so I can pick it up. The pharmacy casher or technician said they do not know when the medication will be in stock and it is my job to call around or have my doctor call in another prescription to another pharmacy. OMG, I have to fly out of state for a funeral, this is just adding to my anxiety. I am not returning to this pharmacy every again! I am so disappointed in the customer service at this store ,just awful!

This CVS has firmly replaced the DMV as the worth place on earth! As the only car in line for the pharmacy drive thru, I has to wait 25 minutes. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy!!!

Bunch of shitty employees who cannot for their life show one bit of kindness. This old hag no good employee I believe her name was Lidia had spoken to my friend in a rude way about her support dog being in the store and keep in mind this is a lil dog in her purse who's doing nothing but looking innocent. Even asked her if she was a support dog and what for and that is unacceptable. This is unbelievable and we will never come to this CVS again. Learn how to properly talk to your customers and not be complete assholes :/

Got asked to take therapy dog out of store because I didn't have my card with me. Explained it had never been an issue prior or at any other CVS, but manager was rude about It. She didn't even wait until we left to start talking about us to the cashier. Very unprofessional.

Friendly employees. Large pharmacy. Parking lot is way too small.

The pharmacy gave away my medication to someone with the same name. They treated me like a junky and insisted the person who picked it up knew my birthday. They looked at the cameras and described a man in an unknown car. I asked politely if I could see the cameras and an employee rudely said no. They charged my insurance and gave away my prescription. The person who received my medication never was asked for my birthday, my script was charged and given away. The pharmacy claimed no responsibility and treated me like a criminal.
