With deep regret, I am compelled to bestow a mere one-star rating to this Costco outlet. My dissatisfaction stems from inconsistent store policies, subjected to capricious enforcement. The store associates exhibit unprofessional behavior, making the shopping experience rather unpleasant. The management needs to focus on enhanced quality checks and proper employee training to ensure variable situations are handled uniformly, thus providing consistent information to the customers. Overall, this Costco disappoints with its lack of standardized practices.

The associate Ashley that works at Holbrook Costco was not only rude but yelled at me in a very nasty manner. She is possibly the worst worker that Costco has there. It's unfortunate after all these years going to Costco I will now be canceling my membership.

I had an incredible experience at the Holbrook Costco location. First I must say that being in customer service myself I can appreciate when someone else genuinely cares about their job and the service they’re providing. He was extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what wearing polarized progressive sunglasses was going to feel like. Walking in I was hesitant. By the time I left the employee Howie made feel comfortable enough to not only purchase them but I went with Gucci frames at a great price!! Not to mention he was also kind enough to adjust my current frames which weren’t from Costco. When you go make sure you ask for him. 5 stars Costco!

Costco is one of my favorite place to buy the seasonal products, the paper towels , the toilet papers , the dishwasher, the OJ, the Asian products just to name few… love Costco !!

Today I was there, my daughter and my wife have a card. Today, in passing, I went in to buy something that is only there and they took things out of my hands just because it wasn't me. They should see the card when entering and that way I don't waste my time with bad people and The purchase did not even reach 100, I felt helpless ?☹️☹️
