This was my 3rd time at this location and was treated with the utter most disrespect and aggression from the representative Cindy O'Keefe on August 17th at approximately 3:40pm (please review the cameras).I first inquired with Ms. O'Keefe about a charge on my account for using a non-citibank atm and I belived this charge was incorrectly placed on my account as i remembered using the atm machine at this branch. She politely told me she would look into it. She asked me if I remember the amount that was withdrawn from the atm, I told her that I did not remember and I also told her she did not have to look further as I was in a rush and i just wanted to get a withdrawal. She continues to inquire on her computer about the non-citibank charge.Then my phone rings, I answered almost immediately to tell the caller that I would call them right back and that was when she, as in Ms. O'Keefe went off on me. (Check the cameras please).She started yelling at me saying 'what was the amount" I replied i dont remember"At this point i just wanted my withdrawal because I was in a rush to leave. She now yellled at me again "How much for the withdrawal" I told her the amount and by now I am in the utter most shock at her tone and how she started to treat me with such aggression.My immediate thought was to start arguing with this belligerent individual, who is clearly forgetting that I am a customer and that she is at work. Because I was in a rush, i did not have the time to ask for her manager. I then took my phone out and took a picture of her name on her desk, so I did not forget her name. At this time, I think she thought I was recording her and her tone changed completely.I know this was a lengthy review, but to coorborate my story, please review the cameras to the right of where I was standing.

Poor staffing on Fridays especially when you want to get in and out with cashing payroll checks. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

online says they close at 5 every day but saturday. i get there and its already close, and on tje door it says they close at 4 tues&thursday

The teller was trying to close my account without knowing the proper procedure. Made me wait for over 10 minutes before telling me to go to the banker. The banker was knowledgeable and helpful with the process. Even provided me a copy of each doc I signed and initialed! Huge parking because of the location of the branch is a plus!

Due to working on the frontlines, I have not been able to make it to the bank to speak with someone in regards to my account. I was able to leave early which rarely ever happens, and arrived at this location in Holbrook at 4:53 and the doors were already locked and as per the hours, it is opened until 5PM. Two ladies were sitting at their desks, watched me stand there and one of them sitting closer to the door, shook her head and shrugged her shoulders as if saying “seriously?”. This is unacceptable!! We kept locking eyes and they both still sat there not moving or at least attempting to open the door to ask if they can help me with anything. They continued to watch me stand there for a few minutes as they ignored me and acted as if they were working and looking at their computer screens. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable!!!!!!!

My husband and I opened an account here over three years ago. I don’t understand why there are so many poor reviews. Anything and everything we asked helped for they came to our assistance; including fees returned to our account. I joined the military about a year ago and I am not currently near any Citibank Branch . Jennifer went out of her way to not only be sympathetic of my situation but went as far as sending me documents through the mail! Thank you so much Holbrook Citibank!
