This branch is very nice to go to,the bank tellers are very nice especially Jonathan he calls you by your name as soon as you enter the branch he remembers your name always have a nice smile on his face always willing to help. we always have a nice conversation every time I go there before I leave. your presence is greatly appreciated Jonathan!!

Chase bank and it's customer service has been a favorite of mine since 2009 when I worked as a case manager for law firms loss mitigation department. Still today their customer service is excellent.

I'm going to be kind and give them a middle-of-the-road review, because honestly, their phone support is so incredibly terrible that I will never open a bank account here. I only come and deal with the branch to make a monthly cash payment on a loan. The branch itself: they are always mostly nice, sometime a little short, but never rude or unpleasant. It's only occasionally busy, so wait times aren't usually too bad, but what a difference from TFCU where there's often 5-6 tellers working. At Chase I'm lucky if one teller is working, because they've substituted at least two tellers with fancy ATMs. Wait times can get long easily because of this, just a few people and suddenly they get backed up, but in fairness it's not often. The bank itself is clean and they are open late enough to be convenient, but like I said, between their awful awful telephone support and the fact I'm with a credit union already, I'll just never have an account here. They get these three stars for tellers that mostly smile and get the job done when I'm there.
