I was shopping for a specific BBQ and found they had it for less than everyone else so I went there to buy it. I was skeptical of a catch but the girl behind the counter confirmed the price. She was excellent as well as the manager. They arranged for delivery and it arrived on time and assembled perfectly. This place is out of the way for me but I will be a regular customer from now on.

I’m always working on random projects and the staff, Patrick especially, have always been super helpful and patient with me, answering questions and knowing where everything is located in the store, now matter how obscure it may be. Glad to have them nearby.

You really get about 5lbs more propane with their refill vs. the exchange tanks. I had to know so I weighed them myself!! ??

Had another great experience at Brinkmann’s store in Holbrook. Everything I needed was available. The paint department lady Jennifer was both knowledgeable and professional. The store was easy to navigate, clean, and well stocked. I highly recommended this family owned business. They go above and beyond to make even a novice do-it-yourself customer feel comfortable. Thank you!
