“I want to say, I went into the branch and talked to someone and we were able to come up with solutions that will work so I don't have to switch banks (which is such a hassle). The woman who sat with us very very helpful and pleasant, and even though they were busy we didn't have to wait long to sit and speak with her. We needed to open another account and were really torn whether to stay with them, but decided to give them another chance since we've been banking with them over 10 years. I'm hopefully optimistic that our issues are addressed and we can keep using TFCU as our bank. If that turns out not to be the case, I'll report back. They treated us like value customers and wanted to help, so that says something. Fingers crossed.”
