I've just met a girl named Maria and suddenly that name will never be the same to me. She was condescending, nasty, unwilling to assist, and was apparently absent from the " how to provide excellent customer service " class. Her response to my issue was to call the " 800 number." Are you kidding me? I am at the bank where the ATM issue took place and you cannot help me? Is this a joke? The machine malfunctioned, took my hard earned money, is giving me odd messages, and you will not offer any assistance, isn't that correct, Maria? I asked if someone could take a look at it and the best you could do was tell me to call a number. The folks at the " 800 number" were shocked at the way you handled the situation. All of the representatives I spoke with told me that they needed to document your behavior and could not believe that I was standing in front of you explaining what was happening at " your" bank and you offered no assistance. Please feel free to reply if any of part of my review is incorrect. I would not recommend using this bank since their machines are faulty and their employees do not want to do what is best for their clients.

They close the bank thinking we only need the ATM and the online App can do everything we need to do.We go inside because we need to withdraw 2000 or 5000 cash. We have businesses to run. We can only get 700 max at the ATM. If our phones can give us that cash then yeah we dont need to go inside.

We moved our business account to BOA and the Holbrook branch after disasterous experiences at two other big name banks.John the branch manager and Carolyn the Business Relations Manager are excellent to work with, listening to my requirements and concerns, articulating the available programs that would fit.Everything they said they would do...they did. Aside from great business programs that are more then competitive, these folks build trust and confidence right away.BOAs online tools are intuitive and offer plenty of cash management views and tools.I see this location gets bad reviews for thier teller lines. I'd give them a pass givin the labor shortages and people they have out from covid.Thank you BOA for a culture of service !

Terrible customer service. One teller behind counter. A “greeter” that cannot help with anything other than smile and wish you a nice day, 3 guys standing around holding up the walls as the line ends up out the door. What a joke. I will no longer be doing business with Bank of America. I have never been to a branch and been in and out. Always a long line. Doesn’t compare to chase.

Something about banks always intimidated me. Maybe it's the whole money thing, but I never really liked going into a bank, even if it's to deposit money. My husband and I are in the process of trying to buy a house. There is no getting around heading to the bank to "make some money moves" (LOL). Begrudgingly him and I went to this location and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and painless our visit was. This location is a bit on the smaller side, so right off the bat I was less apprehensive on the task at hand. Upon walking in we saw empty host desk, but was greeted moments later and apologies were made for the wait. We didn't wait that long but I was appreciative of the sentiment. One of the financial advisor, Carolyn, was able to meet with us right away. she was able to advise us on our accounts and was also able to do what we asked fairly quickly. She also notified us of other tools that we could take advantage of through online banking. The one thing I mostly appreciated was she did not try to upsell us, rather she was mostly informative. It made what could be a very stressful errand not so stressful.

There are NEVER enough window personnel - every time we go there the line is out the door. Yes it's lunchtime - that's when people go to the bank!! Put more than one person at the windows!!

I have been a customer of this branch for nearly 25 years. The customer service has always been top notch. Several months ago, someone hacked my Paypal account and spent almost $2,000 from my BoFA account. I went straight down to the Holbrook branch and was helped immediately. The lady (sorry, I forgot her name) was very sympathetic to my situation and showed me how to make a direct call to the fraud division with the BoFA app. Several years ago, I had another hack in my account and all was taken care of immediately. In the end, my money has always been returned to my account within a day or two. There's always someone there to answer any question I have as soon as I walk through the door.
