Went into 7-11 with my friend just to try slurpees. I took 2 cups and tried one sip of blue raspberry and coca-cola and they came to the back and made me pay for both cups which were not even used.

What's the point of self checkout if management doesn't trust customers and keeps the scanner behind the register and has employees scan your purchases. I've been coming here for 5 years because it's close to home. This is so ridiculous. First they disconnected the self scanner cube now this! Just tell corporate you don't trust your customers and don't inconvenience us with the hassle of standing around looking for things that were implemented to make life easier for your customerduring morning rush towork.Follow up - owner replies to send more details to a link that's been suspended. Don't expect any less I will be contacting 7-11 corporate offices

I love this 7-11!!!! It is great they always have what I want, my only critique is the gum selection, no pack of water mello gum? I love the big gulp I get the super and it always hits never fails. The service at the register is great the people there are always nice. The place is also very clean not dirty. I also love that this 7-11 has a gas station that I can get from for a discounted price because I use the 7-11 app, it is only 0.11¢ but it's something. The parking set up is nice. At this specific location the snacks they sell are great they have everything, along with drinks. I love 7-11 and I love this place. If I could I would give this 7-11, 6 stars.

WARNING TO EVERYONE! I walked into the store after getting off a bus with a drink I had been drinking for hours. I walked in with it in my hand. Got a few things. And threw my can in the garbage because I was done with it. I was in the store not 5 minutes walked back to the bus stop across the street waiting for the same bus. That has cameras on it. And this woman came to me in her car and said I stole the drink and walked out after Idrank it. I told her I walked in the store with it and I was throwing it out because I was done with it. Because I wasn't going to be able to carry it so I just threw it out. She told me to go back in and explain. I said no I'm not I have proof I got off the bus with it 2 minutes before walking into the store. She then said I was on camera and they were calling tje police. I said go ahead. I have proof on video I just got off the bus with it. And I wasn't even in the store 5 minutes. I called the store and was told she was the manager. Seriously! They need to show me on video taking the drink and opening it from their store. Because how could I have thrown out a can after drinking it when I opened it atleast 3 hours before. It was already warm so I drank the last sip and threw it out. So BEWARE PEOPLE if you go into that 711. And they accuse you! They have to prove my guilt I don't have to go back in and prove my innocence. So please call the police and falsely accuse me with absolutely no evidence of a crime. Because in order to prove you stole on camera you have to walk out with an item to be considered stealing. So that means they have me on camera walking in the door with it. Come on please accuse me and call the police! And if I do get arrested before proving to a judge my evidence from the bus video. Then you will have Serious problems. False accusations, false arrest, and slanderfor accusing me with any proof because the only proof there is is that I walked into the store with it. So how did I steal it!!

The new owner and staff are destroying one of the best 7-11's ! Double check the prices because the register charges a different price that the price on the shelf !! 20 years going there and now I drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

I guess they have the pastry labels all messed up and in the wrong place. I didn't get what I thought I was buying. Two chocolate pastries for 1.59 each. I got charged for two sour flavored pastries at 1.99 each. And all the guy said was I'm sorry, I'm sorry! Every hot food item that was spinning was still getting hot. I love 7 eleven coffee but I'll skip this location if I'm looking for anything more than coffee.

Stopped in for a hot pretzel, and they were hard as a rock, as if sitting there for days. This has never happened in all the years I have been going to this store. Pretzels were always soft, hot, fresh. When you ask the new employees what happened to all the people who used to work there, they refuse to answer you and they change the subject. The new owner is single-handedly running the store into the ground.

Wow long-term owner of many years sold this store, and the new owner fired all of the employees, who had been working there forever, and whom all of the customers loved. This store and all of those employees were an important part of the Holbrook community for many years, everyone knew them, and now everyone is gone. Great business tactics.

Man this one has took a turn. A completely different store now. Like someone posted recently, the old staff was so much better. I understand the staff there now is fairly new but the last few encounters haven't been that great. Think today was my last day going here. Coffee was old, store was a mess and it was as if I was a bother being there. Would love to know why they cleaned house and got rid of all the other employees. They were so friendly and went the extra mile when I was there or to any other customer. Wish I knew which one they went to cause I would totally drive out of my way to go there. Another thing, the lady that's there now who I believe is the manager, had a little chip on her shoulder and felt as if she was trying hard to make it known that she's the boss. When there's a change in the community and people are removed that the community was very close with all this time, you should make it feel a little more welcoming. Just a thought. This one has gone down the drain. They changed all the staff around and now its not that friendly anymore plus the last few times I was in there the coffee was old. The old staff was on top of everything and things were perfect. If it aint broke, don't fix it.

I have been coming to this 7-Eleven, daily, for the past 15 years. The employees have always been friendly, happy, helpful and personable. The store had always been maintained well and the employees had always gone above and beyond for all their customers. It saddens me to see such a drastic change recently when all of the employees had been replaced. I have not had a single good experience at this location since this change has taken place. The coffee is consistently old (not fresh), the countertops are cluttered by product, the store is looking dirty and cluttered, the staff are not helpful they seem bothered by customer questions, not to mention they barely speak english. Raj and his staff were absolutely wonderful! Unfortunately, I will no longer be a customer to this location. Please let us know where Raj has gone. I am willing to go out of my way for the superb customer service he and his staff had always provided!!
