They don't have an ice machine, and their cold brew coffee comes out looking like slightly brown water. Nasty. Poor selection of protein bars/energy drinks.

Went in tonight to buy alcohol and women at register argued that I wasn’t of age to buy it when it clearly said on my license that is. an enhanced license usual the place always scan your license when buying alcohol definitely will not be returning to that 7/11.

Me and my friends were trying to decide what we want for lunch and one of the employees kept following us and looking at us .then we were getting the last thing before we paid and the manger or whoever comes up to us and said we were in there for 30 minutes and we have to buy what we have now and said we can’t have someone follow you around .you shouldn’t follow us around just because we are teenagers also we were thinking only in there for ten minutes no need to be rude and disrespectful and stereotype us

Just went to this 711 near my house like always . I got two cups of coffee and behind the counter the employee was getting ready to put out the muffins and bakery goods . He must of had a cold kept sniffing and wiping his nose and touching every single muffin so disgusting. Will be calling corporate and the health department.

Walked in to buy a cream I buy there everytime and the guy decided to not sell it to me so I called to complain and ask for his name to report him and he said come to the store and he will give his name. Very rude. He was new never seen him before. Had an accent. Please fix this 7/11

The pits. Candy marked "mix and match" 2 for $4.00. Bring my choices to the counter and am charged $1.00 more. Clerk tells me I am wrong. I point to the candy aisle which is well within his view. He still doesn't believe me. He walks around and heads to the candy and even though it is clearly marked 2 for $4.00, he still doesn't believe me. Finally....

Worst experience ever had here at 6:07 pm on 1/11/2020. This 7-11 had a sign for "my blu" battery for $1.00, yet the man insisted I pay him $9.99 for it. I showed him the advertised price they had on the window and then he got angry, took off the sign, and threw me out of the 7-11. They should close this place! They never clean the fresh coffee machine on time either! Horrible location!

I really love the people that work there, most of them. The owner (manager) is always super friendly to me. I think he’s so sweet and adorable. I used to always go in the middle of the night and comment on how he needs to take a day off because he’s always there and works too hard. He really is a very sweet man.I’ve worked in customer service and know how frustrating it can be. I don't think everyone realizes how demanding those jobs are.

Any size coffee for $1.00. Unable to access my 7-Eleven app for some reason. So checkout is going to charge me $3.00. I said “I’ll pass.” Rather than give it to me at that price, they dumped it. Rather poor way of doing business.

Sign out front says any size coffee---hot or cold--- only $1.00. I make myself a cold decaf and it has a terrible aftertaste. So I stick with hot. Take that and a seltzer to the counter. Comes to about $5.00. I mention that coffee is a $1.00. I'm advised that I need an app. I can't find mine. It has been so look since I have been to any 7-Eleven. Maybe I deleted it. So I tell her I'll just stick to the seltzer. Instead of just saying "here take it for the buck, I will only throw it out anyway." She takes it away. Unbelievably bad business practice. They lose money on the cost of the coffee and lose me as a customer.
