Made an appointment for our son that is almost 2 we brought him in and she demanded that we all put a mask on that we did not have. Never offered us one and was very rude to my family. She then put her mask on which i thought to my self if she had one on what was the big deal if we had one on. I was very polite and said Thank you and left. I felt she should have told us this on the phone before we made the trip so we could have been more aware of her feelings on still having people wear masks. We ended up going elsewhere and they were very nice and made us feel more comfortable.Service: Haircut

Signs on the door clearly state that this is a close contact service (closer than 1 foot at times), and that masks are required. Trudy puts her mask on as soon as or before anyone enters the building.Service: Haircut
