I recently had my Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired at Franks Auto Body and from the beginning to the end of my experience they were exceptionally professional. I dealt with Anthony and my process couldn’t have been smoother. They put me in a rental and made feel important. My vehicle was repaired promptly and efficiently. Thanks guys!!!

I certainly have had my share of car repairs over the years however I have never had the service, care and attention to detail that I received at Frank's Auto Body. I am sure my car was cleaner when I picked it up then when I got there which was after a deer met my car. The meticulous work they do is unprescedented! If I could give them 10 stars I would. For those who know that I am WTBQ & WGHT Radio you know I always speak the truth, good or not so good and this is the finest you will find anywhere. The place is also meticulous inside and out. Frank & Rob- THE BEST!!!

My daughter pulled into a parking garage and side swiped a concrete column. Frank’s auto body repaired it perfectly like it never happened. Would recommend him to anyone!

Frank's was recommended to me by the Service Dept. at Ramsey Subaru. Rob, the Service Mgr. at Frank's was very accommodating. He ordered a new bumper and his painter matched the exact color from the vehicle VIN number. The bumper was painted before my visit and the entire replacement took less than one hour! The color and fit-up lines match perfectly with the body and the car looks showroom new again. GREAT JOB!!

A car had backed into my driver door of my Subaru Impreza (while parked and not in it) and I came to Frank’s Auto Body via Subaru Ramsey (where I get car serviced) - not only did the repair (replace door and side fender) look so good - like it never happened - but the customer service was so GOOD - navigating insurance claims and car rental without even being asked was exceptional and put anxious me at ease. Highly recommend Frank’s especially but not only if you need a Subaru vehicle worked on or repaired - both customer service and repair work exceptional!

I had damage to my 2020 Dodge Challenger on the left front fender and nose of car after it was hit in the parking lot of my job. I went to Frank’s shop for an estimate and Rob and Frank took care of everything. Everyone was very helpful and the work is excellent. When I picked the car up you could tell a lot of care was taking with all steps of the process. I appreciate the professionals that they are and how smoothly everything went. My car is in mint condition once again thanks to everyone at Frank’s shop.

Franks was such a great and easy experience for us. The guys explained what was going on with the car and the repairs needed in a very accessible way. It was completed quickly and got my car back in great condition (with a car wash too!). Would absolutely recommend and go back for any future repairs we may need.
