I’ve been using an iPhone 7S for almost 8 yrs…lol….finally had to be pushed kicking and screaming to purchase aniPhone14 Pro, as my old phone would not support some of my reading apps which was a “no go” for me and forced me into it.Monica & John couldn’t have been more patient, helpful, kind and knowledgeable in making the change as easy as pie! When I returned a few days later to purchase an accessory I wanted, Chris was similarly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This store and its staff are the best! Highly recommend.

The customer service at this location is awesome! Trayvon B spent two hours transferring data from my old phone to my new phone. He was extremely helpful and made sure that I was able to access all the features on my new phone. Thank you for going above and beyond Trayvon! ⭐

I visited the Verizon in Highland . Tray helped me and was very quick to fix my phone . He did not give me a fee and appreciated I upgraded 3 phones with their office . Thank Tray the great smile and great service
