I'm surprised this place is open still. They are never fully stocked and the employees are rude. When asking for an item Donna seemed bothered I asked. Donna is rude and must hate her job. I wont be shopping here

Diana the pharmacist is the best! She always makes sure each customer is treated with compassion and excellent service. I am so thankful to the pharmacy and staff at the Highland, NY Walgreens pharmacy and thank God for them and for the pharmacist and staff being careful to give me the medicine I need. It is a busy place and it is always worth the wait. Anthony and Catherine and Diana are a great team and work long hours and work so very hard. All customers are in good, competent hands with Diana, Anthony and Catherine.

Poor service. Made a mistake ordering online and asked for internet price on item. One person said he had to see the price on my phone. I retrieve my phone from the car. A different person at register won't change the price to the internet cost. Is there a policy about obtaining internet pricing or is it up to the whims of the clerks? At the end of the day, they lost a sale.

Was told over the phone I could come in and get my COVID-19 vaccination and once i arrived I was informed by the pharmacist that I wasn’t allowed to because it hadn’t been 60 days since my last dose , however I did the math & it was in fact 8 weeks, the CDC recommended time to wait. I called my local doctors office and they confirmed with me that I was in fact correct and gave me my shot. It seems when it’s close to pharmacy lunch times they say and do anything to not have to treat you. Very sad and not to mention the pharmacist is very rude & ignores your questions.

Huge thank you to manager Karen for helping me out with my FedEx package! I was turned away by the other local Walgreens but Karen was happy to help me. Everyone staff member up front greeted me and it was overall a great experience! I will be driving the additional miles in the future when I need my Walgreens run!! Great job all!!!

Thank you to store managers Jamie Moody and Monique Peragine. I own a daycare and I desperately needed Tylenol for daycare children as well as my 7th month old grandson. They were very diligent in their communication with me. They let me know when the shipment had arrived even while short staffed. They were very professional helpful and showed that they cared. Spent at least half an hour telling me they don’t have my prescription even though the Doctor is telling me he called it in, as I wait. Magically, they’ve now found it. Now I need to wait for them to fill it. I’d be better of driving across the bridge to Poughkeepsie.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible to work with since all the pharmacist left. The new pharmacist is arrogant and is not willing to meet a customers needs.

There is absolutely no way to get through by phone to have a simple question answered. I was on hold for 40 minutes but when I walked in there were several phones in evidence but only 1 person on one. They answered my question politely so I gave 2 stars., but seriously do we need to drive 30 minutes to talk with someone for 1 minute?

Went to pick up my prescription on a Saturday only to find that the pharmacy isn’t open on a Saturday!??? Fortunately for me, I can survive the additional two days, but what about someone who can’t? It seems that this pharmacy does not care about it’s customers. I would advise choosing a different place to pick up medications, I know I will. Additionally, the hours are so limited that it isn’t helpful for those with limited schedules. Do better or put a drugstore who will actually have what people need. Not for nothing, but anytime I need something from the drugstore, I have better luck at a dollar general or grocery store. DO BETTER.

Broken. So broken. The pharmacy is the worst run pharmacy I have been to in my life. Employees are nice but they never change signage and constantly have communication issues. Use Hannaford's - much smoother experience. Moving the entire family's prescriptions there - 5 people.

Walgreens is horrible. They put the local pharmacy out of business then cut back hours and days ,they have the absolute minimum employees because they know we will stand in line and wait. Disgusting

The cashier on Thursday 7/14 at 6pm needs to mind his own business. People can spend their OWN money the way they want to.
