“Have not been in a Tops Market in 11 years since no longer in western NY. This store was very good. Rep in customer service was friendly and efficient providing me a Bonus Plus Card. A store employee in an aisle warmly greeted me on his initiative. Cashier at aisle 9 was friendly and professional. The store was clean and products were well supplied and most prices were good. Had hoped to find Kimmelweck rolls but didn't, however, did find a 12 pack of Pepsi cola soda shop cream soda. Overall, the store was very easy to say well recommended! Wish it was closer to NYC.”

“I'm so sorry I couldn't come in when you had enough stock of the necessary essentials (which I sure hope you do), but coming in when absolute purchasing of disinfectant sprays was necessary) wasn't so good, and after only a few moments of walking around, really found this place to be rather interesting (in better times). I'll have to buy from a reputable online source because you were out of what I was looking for - through the hogs that came in to devour all disinfectant products that the Northeast now lacks, and I'll try again when I'm in the area the next time - hopefully on better terms soon. Thanks for having really close parking for those who don't have handicapped placards. It wasn't busy when I came in close to closing yesterday, and I used the one spot as a pull-through and felt it was ample in the back of the first row of parking a straight shot from the door. I guess in other times you probably wouldn't be saying that here. Store was clean, and at one point I even noticed a retail clerk servicing shelves in another aisle I didn't need. I do guess that things will look up soon but you'll expect to see me in when things clear up.”

I have walked out when crowded and have seen many others walk out when crowded would give 5 stars if they had 2 people working there hire another person this place is a gold mine and Ashley and Tiffany are great employees and work very hard for this company.”

“This pharmacy is conveniently located for me, 3 mates down the street but let me tell you....the parking lot at this place is the worst I ever seen. Nobody is paying attention, no one is waiting...everyone is parking with no regards of distance between cars. Today I chose to walk there because I don't want to deal getting in and out of that parking lot. I was also thinking to transfer my prescription from cvs but I won't. I don't think I want to deal with the parking monthly. The pharmacy itself, the store...is okay for me. I go, I look for the things I need, I buy and I get out. I never had any problems.”
