Ordered a washer and dryer from lowes. Was set to be delivered and installed. I checked email today to make sure everything was set for Tuesday delivery. This is when I found out they had not only canceled half my order. Aka the dryer... without calling me. And they just planned on delivering only the washer. Both machines where part of there 4th of July sale. So not only am I not receiving a washer and dryer I lost out on almost 700$ in sales promo if I wanted to reorder. Lowes sucks!

While purchasing two large craftsmen toolboxes Jackson not only assisted us in getting the toolboxes, but also after he was clocked out came over and helped us load them as well, Jackson Stopped and help us and went above and beyond, he was kind and courteous, what an excellent employee, we were very pleased with him! Thank you Jackson great people

I'm so glad you were able to have your Monday morning walkthrough and screw the customers. I was picking up an order to deliver and the tip was $60, I needed totes from the top shelf I asked an employee for help and he called somebody on the radio after 12 minutes nobody showed up, because they took so long the app I was using canceled the order. So thank you for costing me $60 this morning. I guess it's worth the drive to home Depot. All I got from customer service was sorry

This Lowes does a really good job with returns, and their customer service is pretty excellent. Thankfully, they upgraded their self check-out, so you can now tap-to-pay. The paint-match section has always been a little weird for me though, it just doesn't seem to work? I don't know if it's because when they take the sample they zoom ALL the way in, or what, but it's always just a little off- thankfully, they take the paints back if you just use a tiny bit when you get home to test it. Alma in paints was pretty helpful, she seemed overwhelmed because another customer was being very rude- but she handled it well. She got me my paints with no issue, and took the time to deal with me having two paint chips from one wall because I wanted to test if they were the same- which was very nice. Camille in paints was amazing- she was so helpful, and took the time to explain everything, and exactly what I needed to do. I came to her with probably the worst paint chip sample in the history of the world, and she made it work (and it was the best match I've ever gotten), and overall she was just very nice.
The whole place is wheelchair accessible, to my knowledge. The "backwall" as they call it, is GREAT- please check it out, it has great deals. BUT, don't be fooled. The whole "Now $6, was $30" sounds great, but if you look the item up on their website or Google, it might show it actually sells for $12. Which is still a great deal- but just be aware it might not be THAT great of a deal.
One thing I have noticed is you need to be on their Wifi to use your phone in here- once you walk inside these walls- your sell service will drop!
