This has to be the worst Labcorp location in my opinion. Fix your funky water, It’s making the whole place stink. The hard water smells like a fart (sulfur) and the air smells like there’s some sort of menthol chemical in it. I literally hate coming here. With all of the billions that Labcorp has you can do better.

Had to get a drug screen here, saw online that there is an 11:15 appointment available. Got to the office around 11:20 to find the door closed and no one around. After about 15 minutes someone came to the door and accused me and another person of getting the door locked. Then I was informed that no drug screens are done between 11 and 1pm. I asked why there are 11:15am appointments available on line and was told that there aren't any that I looked in the wrong place. Just checked again and there are 11:15am appointments available every day.Went to the Kingston office which is full to the brim - I guess they have to go all the work the highland office is too lazy to do?

I recently had testing done at this LabCorp facility near me, and the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable and humiliating. From the moment I arrived, I was told I couldn’t leave the facility until I provided a urine sample, which immediately put me on edge.Due to a history of trauma and severe anxiety, I have a hard time urinating in front of others, to the point where I cannot even use public restrooms if someone else is present. I explained my situation to the person overseeing the test, but instead of showing understanding or empathy, she laughed at me, making me feel even more uncomfortable.I tried my best to comply and drank a lot of water to stimulate urination, but the anxiety and humiliation became unbearable. Despite being in extreme pain from holding so much water, I was unable to urinate fully due to the intense anxiety. The person overseeing the test continued to make insensitive comments, like suggesting I could just turn off my anxiety and urinate normally. This lack of understanding and empathy added to my distress. In the end, I left the facility feeling humiliated and physically uncomfortable, and the person overseeing the test even told me I would fail due to the situation.I will never return to this office again, and I believe more sensitivity and compassion should be shown to individuals with unique needs. It is my hope that this review brings attention to the issue, and I urge the facility to improve their approach towards patients with anxiety or similar conditions.

3rd time visiting for routine blood work. It seems a prerequisite to work here is to be as rude as possible. Signed in using the tablet and read “please feel free to wait anywhere you would like and we will text you when ready, with the last 4 digits of my phone number displayed.Waited outside and realized that they weren’t using that feature. Came inside to be met with, “we were calling your name.”I explained the check-in feature but she just wanted to argue about it, saying I must have not left my number.Mostly it’s the tone and attitude. I’d imagine a check-in for an inmate headed to a maximum security prison would be more pleasant.

Went in and out with my wife for a blood test. The process itself was very fast, but the way the Staff treated us and the other patients is just not right. They give you no direction on what to do, and don't even respond unless required. I also seen them be really stern to a mother and child for no reason. They should learn how to guide wallk-ins and learn some common courtesy.

Every time I have been to this location, it's been a pleasant experience. I rarely ever have to wait, and all of the staff has been friendly and helpful. Last week my technician took the time to let me know about the patient portal and the app. Now I can see my test results as soon as they are done.

People are so rude to the staff that works there! People often forget that we are all human and deserve to be treated with respect regardless if you have to wait BECAUSE YOU DECIDED NOT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or if you simply have to wait longer then expected! If you want to complain keep it to yourself and stop treating people horribly! Thank you to the staff here for putting up with people and their nasty attitudes!

The front lady has an attitude and she looks overwhelmed by the sheer amount of patients. They say they take walk-ins but they take a long time to see you.

Wonderful staff. The phlebotomist is personable and skilled. She makes the blood draw easy and always makes my daughter comfortable.

I cannot recommend Labcorp in Highland enough! I’m always nervous getting my blood drawn but the lab technician was extremely professional and put me at ease right away. The wait time was longer than I anticipated but she apologized and explained why and got me in and out of the actual lab in 5 minutes! I’ll definitely be back here for future blood work.

I've had a blood test on 7/9/2021 and it was probably the worst blood draw performed by a tech I've ever experienced. Stuck a needle really deep, didn't get the blood flow, went even deeper moving left and right, finally pulled it back to the surface and got the blood flow. I mean 15 seconds of manipulating needle inside my arm - a completely clueless and careless tech. I don't normally feel much pain but this was a very painful experience. Will never come back there again.
