I wish I would learn my lesson. Repeatedly scripts are not ready when they say. I Appointment for a vax?? They'll be 20 min later for that too. I.m switching to walgreens right accross the parking lot.

This pharmacy is the rudest experience me and my parents have ever had. They have a new system recently which has lost prescription requests. The workers speak to the clientele like we're the problem when their system has produced chaos in getting your prescription filled. Train your employees. Or get new ones. Shocked at the remarkably rude, inconsiderate, inconsistent behavior by the people that work at this location. Go literally anywhere else for you prescriptions.

Ray, Pharmacy manager and excellent pharmacist, helped me get through a very difficult situation with a medication i needed and he went well above and beyond. Just a good person who is very hardworking and kind. Thank you so much Ray.

They have filled scripts for me on two occasions that my primary pharmacy couldn't. They are helpful and courteous. They have helped me with new scripts I have given them. Switching to your pharmacy.

Checkout procedure fast, which is unusual for a busy store My medicine never unavailable, and the few times when I arrived there only 15 or 20 minutes after a Dr. appointment they went out of their routine to prepare my perscription do that I would not have to return. Chief pharmacist, Raymond, is always in sight behind window during the many years I have been a customer.

Disappointed is all I will say. Went to pick up my daughter's medicine and had my girlfriend go through the drive-thru. I went into the store for a few moments and when I get out, "they had nothing for your daughter". Figured it was a minor mistake so no big deal. Well go into Hannaford, and stand in line for 8-10 minutes while waiting for the previous person's medicine to be put away. Again not a massive deal but was starting to get annoyed. Now usually they can look up to see if there is something pending, that wasn't done while my girlfriend was in the drive-thru. They give me a partial refill(wouldn't their system tell them to order medicine if an upcoming refill is occurring?) and tell me that the rest of the medicine will be ready on Friday. Well here we are at 1:30 PM and the medicine isn't ready. Told to wait 15 minutes and then uh-oh....we are going on lunch and you will now have to wait even longer for your medicine. This entire experience has felt like a huge middle finger to both myself and my family. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

Made an appointment for a vaccine shot, and waited 35 minutes to receive it. Very strange - had zero customers waiting and 5-7 people behind the pharmacy counter. Not sure if this is typical for this pharmacy, but no one seemed to care that they couldn’t serve one customer.

Needed heart medicine I had run out The female pharmacist told me to go to another Hannaford of which I didn’t know because I’m from the poughkeepsie side not the Highland side so then I asked her if she could call the other Hannaford and give me the address so I could go there and she rolled her eyes and finally called to find out they didn’t have the medicine either and then told me I’ll just have to come back on Wednesday it was a Friday or it was a Friday she told me I’d have to come back Wednesday to get my medicine now this is heart medicine not something I could just stop so I made several phone calls eventually to the Vassar ER which told me she should’ve called another pharmacy notHannaford to get me that medication being my life depended upon it so anyway I ended up going to CVS in poughkeepsie had them call Hannaford to transfer my prescription because Cvs had the medicine in stock and plenty of it so lesson learned it may be cheaper at Hannaford but it doesn’t come with the hangup or cost other than the price I plan on calling Hannaford headquarters to turn her in for her incompetence an attitude if this diatribe is a little bizarre it’s because I spoke it rather than typed it
