The classes blend the philosophy of yoga with Taoism, and Buddhism, and are mixed expertly with Thai Chi, and Qi Gong. The studio is large, bright, and welcoming with large bathrooms and showers. I cannot recommend this place enough for the total vinyasa yoga experience.”

“How lucky we are to have a 24 hour gym in town! I primarily lift weights and they have a good variety of equipment in that department. I only go in the early morning and find it to be not too crowded. Since I go during unstaffed hours I mostly deal with staff via email. Which are courteous and prompt. My only wish is that they add another cable crossover machine. I always recommend Ignite for folks looking to get a membership to a local gym.”
“First off, this is a gym and not a health club. People go there to train, not flirt. There are no locker rooms, no showers. There's barely a coat rack. There is a tanning bed, but I doubt it ever gets used. DF has every conceivable machine, bar, bench, or cardio you could possibly want or need. Some of it is worn from constant use, but everything is clean and in good condition. Every last client, from the biggest bodybuilder to the 70 year woman trying to just stay fit, is pleasant and friendly. Looking for a 'no judgement zone?' This is it. Whether you are a hard core power lifter or just someone trying to stay reasonably fit, this place will answer every need you have. To me, DF is perfect.”

“The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. Plenty of free weights and workout machines so there's very little wait time to interrupt your workout routine. They have a full basketball court, 2 full sized indoor soccer fields and 3 full volleyball courts. Downstate North volleyball club operates out of this location. They're also located right next to the Hudson Valley rail trail, which goes from Hopewell Junction to Highland.”
