Kristi gets 5 stars! She is always wonderful and professional to deal with. I have had storage here for years. I must say thought that I'm not crazy about the new phone system which makes it difficult to actually speak with a person without going through some hoops. Not a fan.

I'm a student living on campus, I've been using this location before as guardian and currently as prime for a total of three times right now, and will be using it for the next year+.The main reason I keep coming back is how incredibly helpful and sweet Kristi is. She is the main/only reason I bring my business here. She goes above and beyond to help and sort out any scheduling, any information, any help, she just makes things much easier. This location gets 5 stars for Kristi.

Kristi was amazing. Her customer service skills are superb. She knows how to assist and understand when things got confusing. I would recommend Prime Storage solely because of Kristi and the experience she’s given me and my husband! Our move in and out experience was at ease and smooth. 10/10. Excellence.

Moving is STRESSFUL! But this new Prime Storage location has a Property Manager that “makes it all better!” KRISTI is the BEST “Band-Aid” that a person struggling with a move could ask for! She is a true professional, with 100% dedication to both her customers and the maintenance of this property’s many units. She has been a real blessing—assisting me from the moment I first inquired about storage with this new company. If not for her, I would’ve chosen to move out altogether. So glad I stayed. Thanks!

Kristi is such a special person. I am so happy that Prime kept her through the transition. I am always greeted with a smile or a wave. She knows my unit and name without me saying it. She knows my story and I trust this place to store my things because of HER!

Kristi is amazing every time I go to my storage unit. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, extremely approachable and very easy to talk to. Never once did I have to remind her of my name or my unit number, she just knew. She handled everything without fail or flaw and with extreme efficiency. Best customer service experience I’ve had in many, many, many years!!

Kristi is a great manager--very caring and savvy. But Prime Storage--the company that bought out the fair-minded and family-owned Guardian Self Storage--is just another corporation out to suck money from customers. Within two months of takeover in 2024, they raised our rates by nearly $50 per month! Guardian SS had guaranteed no arbitrary price hikes, but Prime is all about arbitrary price hikes, claiming that they are just reflecting the "market" rates. But who sets the market rates? The storage companies like Prime and Extra Space storage do. So they give themselves the liberty to raise rates exponentially, and customers have no say in the matter. Many customers end up in a position where they cannot afford the arbitrary $50+ rent hikes, and their items end up getting seized and auctioned off (with Prime and ESS making another nice profit for their greedy pockets). Why don't local or state governments regulate this sort of thing? Again, I think the staff is great, but the corporation they work for is basically inhumane, because it places the needs of the market over the needs of the humans it allegedly serves.
