Weird experience here. Went in because my stepson fell and cut his chin. When we checked in, we were told it would be $160 to be seen. Didn’t wait too long. When the PA came in to see us, she looked at his chin and told us we needed to go to an ER for stitches. Totally fair, and we expected that might happen. She was with us for maybe twominutes and administered no treatment. To be clear, we were “seen” and that’s all.When we went to check out, the guy who checked us out said "it's $300 for the visit." My wife said "why $300? they didn't do anything." The guy says "oh ok….$160."Everyone was very nice but you should ask for an itemized bill. It's crazy that there was no explanation of the charges, verbally or printed. Make sure you know what you're being charged for here - that is shady.

I went to FirstCare on Saturday, March 9 for the first time and it is the best urgent care facility I have ever been to. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowlesgeable. The people I met that day were Ashley, Kim, Rebecca, and Tania. All of them were kind and considerate as well as professional. I was very grateful because these qualities go a long way when people are feeling awful! Thanks to all at your facility and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

I’m sure the medical and admin staff at Firstcare have heard this before, but it doesn’t hurt to remind them that they are the BEST! This team goes above and beyond in overall patient care. Over the last several years I’ve come to this facility a few times for myself and with others. Each time the staff was professional and attentive. I always left feeling that our care and comfort are the staff’s priority, and we were in good hands. Thank you for this level of care.And kudos to the interior designer for creating such a warm, welcoming and attractive environment.
