I was greeted by a nice, friendly young man who took the the time to look at the damage and then proceeded to buff out the area that was scuffed up. I tried to pay him for his services but he refused payment. As a small business owner myself, it's nice to see there are still places that offer exceptional service. I highly recommend Troy's.”

Kevin is a perfectionist in the best way and even took the time to clean/defog my headlights for me. “Awesome store located on 9w usually always has the parts I need or is very fast at getting the part I need for my vehicle. With so many other car part shops around nobody is better than NAPA. I had to buy an oil filter for my truck and I wasn't even in there for five minutes! Awesome staff too! Very kind and helpful! “What started out not so great, ended great! I went to the Autozone in Highland NY to purchase a new battery for my car. I was told by someone at first that they couldn't do it for whatever reason and was trying to pawn me off to some local auto shop down the road, (I believe he was leaving). Another worker walking by overheard the conversation and told me after the first guy left that they absolutely could change the battery, that's what they do! He was so helpful and kind and turned my frustrated day around! Thank you so much Brian for making matters right. I appreciate you stopping me before I left.
