Janet and her team are exceptional. The arrangements exceeded my expectations for our special day. We received so many compliments and had to auction off our centerpieces! I can’t thank them enough! I am having my beautiful bouquet preserved so I can enjoy it for a lifetime.

We had Lily’s of the Valley do the flowers for my son and new wife’s wedding and working with Janet was an absolute DREAM! None of us live in NY so it was important to hire a professional who knows their stuff and that is Janet and her team. They were excellent communicators, extremely well priced and went above and beyond to make the vision we had come to life. The wedding and reception were held on West Point and the Thayer so they’ve done numerous events at these venues which helps to eliminate any guess work or questions regarding rules. Do not hesitate to hire Lily’s of the Valley for your special events. Thank you again Janet and team. We couldn’t have been more thrilled!

Janet and her team were absolutely incredible to work with! Her designs were meticulously planned and wonderfully executed. They handled all the set-up and decorating. The bare room was transformed into a painting that smelled of roses and cinnamon. Do yourselves a favor and go with Lily's of the Valley!

Elaine was amazing - I wanted an arm bouquet for my cadet for Ring Weekend and she built the most beautiful flowers with so much care! From the black and gold ribbon to the huge roses and hydrangeas, the flowers were stunning. And - I got way more than my money's worth! I met Janet, the owner, and both ladies were absolutely fantastic - definitely the people you want to work with for your special occasion. Elaine really listened to my preferences and delivered something more beautiful than I ever envisioned. And - to make them last - every stem had a vial filled with water. The flowers were still running on Sunday after being outside all day Friday. I will definitely be back for graduation!

We are so happy with Lilys of the Valley,The owner is kind and patient with lots of experience.Our daughter showed her a picture of what she wanted and the flowers were just amazing for the wedding.She did the flowers on short notice and very reasonable.But most of all the bride was very happy with all her flowers.Lilys far exceeded our expectations!!!!Thank you so much.

I recommended and used this flower shop for my sister’s wedding, and it was a complete disaster. The bride’s bouquet was not what we saw and ordered from the store catalog. The bouquet flowers started coming out the moment the flower was delivered (a few minutes before the bride walked down the aisle). The fresh flowers for the cake were pretty much dead and looked extremely old despite spending hours in the fridge before the the cake was brought out. After the wedding was over, I went to the store to explain how things turned out; however, the owner, Janet, became confrontational and irate. I explained and made it clear to her that I wasn’t there to ask for money return; I just wanted her to be informed about the situation, so the store employees wouldn’t ruin another wedding. Very dissatisfied & disappointed—waste of money!

I really wanted to keep my vendors as local as possible and I am Fort Montgomery so I naturally looked at Lily’s of the Valley and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them! I had a really tight budget so my flowers were the last thing I booked and Janet was incredible, she took my very general ideas and turned it into something gorgeous. I cannot thank her enough for all of her hard work and how beautiful everything turned out! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
