Fast and delicious. This tiny little burrito shop has a very sufficient menu of Mexican fast food with some nice surprises. My salad was a great portion with super fresh ingredients. They were doing mostly carry-out and only sat about 10 people inside. I will eat here next time I'm in town.

This place would be awsome if they would just serve their food hot. Not spicy hot, temperature hot. Two times that I went there the pork in my burrito was cold. When I asked them to make sure the meat was hot, they ended up giving it to me cold but really spicy. We threw it out.

Great place that is better than Chipotle or Qdoba! Definitely recommend you check it out if you are looking for a fast food burrito / American-Mexican place to eat at. This is a great spot with good food and low cost!

This is a pretty small burrito place just across from the museum, it's not hard to miss. I ordered the grizzly burrito and it was a pretty decent size It did taste good but the habanero sauce was sweet and I wasn't a fan of that just because I like my food really spicy but if you don't then that would be a good choice for you! Over it was a pretty good experience

All i can tell you is you have to eat here. We had the meat hook bowls and the Fish Burrito and they were amazing. The food was very fresh and the restaurant has a very good atmosphere. We highly recommend American Burrito.

Food was pretty good. Servers were nice and friendly. Looks like a great college hangout. Quick and fast . Perfect right in front of West Point visitors Center.. Glad I stopped in .

The staff is very nice. Service is a little on the slow side but they seem to be very busy. It was super expensive considering I had a veggie burrito, with a drink it came to 22 dollars ! My big problem was with the food. It was soo plain. It was by far the blandest food I've ever paid for. It's wasn't necessarily even bad but it was just sooo freaking bland. Like a tortilla wrapped around air flavor rice.

I love this place, but the need to invest in a system for ordering. Can barely place an order on the phone and delivery takes forever. If they are always that busy they must be making money and can afford more help or multiple phone lines. Kinda wish there was a moe's close by

I can't say I love this place! I've been living near this area for nearly 4 months and attempted to try this place twice. On both occasions they had closed early due to issues! I would love to try this place so that I could give it an honest review! But hey, maybe I'll get lucky one of these days!

We dined in last week and the lady at the front taking orders was snapchatting on her phone while we decided what we wanted. When we told her we were ready to order she waited a good 2 minutes still finishing whatever she was doing on her phone and finally took out order. We shook it off because we were hungry and really wanted to try AB! The food was pretty decent considering the options are limited in Highland Falls. Several reviews say that the food is too hot to eat but to us they weren't hot at all. Definitely just depends on what kind of heat you can handle. Fast forward to the next week and we are staying at the FairBridge motel which is exactly 1.5 miles away from the restaurant. We called to order delivery and they said they do not deliver here. It's 1.5 miles away and it's a straight shot down the road.. I guess we will have to order from literally anywhere else in highland falls that does deliver here.

Gave it a second try... and was back again more times after that! The "small" burritos are still plenty big and tasty. The first time the heat was overwhelming but the burritos without the spicy pepper next to them are tasty. A good choice for something good that's also quick and filling.

We stopped here on the way to West Point and had great food at a reasonable price. The service was fast and friendly. The Grizzly was fantastic. Very filling. Be careful with the hot salsa. Mouth is still numb

Saw the great reviews and figured we would try it out - just got back to West Point after being away for 19 years. These burritos are no joke - HUGE! Yuggggeeee!!! They are definitely "Making Burritos Great Again" - MBGA at American Burrito Not a big fan of the cowboy beans they use but the burritos are awesome! A must for anyone visiting the finest school in the United States of America - West Point. Go Army - Beat Navy! MBGA at American Burrito!

Great taco salad! With chicken is even better. Hold the sour cream and use salsa. Service is friendly and prompt.
