“We went to the Thayer hotel for Sunday brunch and could not have had a better experience. The food was absolutely Perfection and Sandy was the best server we could ask for. Will definitely be returning for the food and to have Sandy's company for our next Sunday brunch.”

From start to finish, Hue's communication was outstanding. She provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was spotless, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was particularly impressive. Hue was incredibly accommodating, always checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. If we could, we would give her ten stars. Without a doubt, we will be staying with Hue again in the future.

“Easy to access, large parking area. Very kind and friendly staff. Helpful staff and well lighted main reception area. Large well furnished rooms and comfortable beds. Things to purchase and the breakfast is tasty with great portions. Many Drinks to choose from, Hot or cold. Comfortable seating pleasing to all. Great for families and guests.”
“All y'all with your cute little negative reviews can really scare a person for no reason! Its clean enough, not the greatest, but doesnt smell. Yes there are burn holes in the fabrics, thanks irresponsible smokers! NO there are not bedbugs...geesh that review alone had me in a severe panic attack before we even got here. I'm highly allergic, but woke up this am no bites not itching. If you're a laid back easy going person, this hotel will suit you just fine.”

“Sometimes when you pay with a credit or debit card. They will take your money from your account & say they never received it on there side. 2nd time this has happened to me.”
“Nice hotel for the price, but some rooms are worn-out looking. The pool is wonderful, but not deep for diving or long for laps. Great for kids and relaxing for adults. No continental is served. The restaurant is closed, but on Sunday night there is a dance and buffet available for guests and visitors, not free though.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but I was very impressed after staying at the West Point Motel and I wanted to make sure others knew. Fantastic location, and pleasing customer service. Looking forward to staying here again the next time I am in the West Point area.”
