“I visited them to purchase a battery for my car. Liz was very knowledgeable about the correct battery and explained the way it was made and how it worked. I noticed they also offered jump starters. I requested information on one of them and she informed me it was too much battery for my car. It was a battery more suitable for a truck (I have a sedan) and cost prohibitive for my model. She suggested an alternative jumper at a more reasonable price and explained how it works and its benefits. AND they sell double A lithium batteries! I highly recommend them for all your battery needs and more. It was my 1st visit to them and it won’t be my last.”

It was freezing but someone still came out immediately to help. The mechanic didn’t start his shift until 8am so I would have to wait about 20 mins. I was offered to wait inside and have coffee but I ended up staying in my car for a few minutes. A few mins later the mechanic came out early to help. I waited in the office for just a few mins while they worked on my tire. Everyone was friendly and communicative. I was out of there by 8:06 and was early to work! Plus it was only $20 to fix! “This many well written reviews helped me choose the transmission repair shop I felt I could trust for an honest opinion and price. I brought my suburban in due to some signs and symptoms I noticed may indicate an issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem and showed this was common in my make, model and year. The fact that they repaired so many of these made me feel better, in that they had experience in it. They were very communicative throughout, honest about pricing, and quickly found alternatives to parts that were out of stock. The whole process took about 1 week. The transmission was rebuilt with upgraded parts to ensure more longevity and reliability. I recommend this shop.”

“I can't say enough nice things about Advantage Auto Repair. In a day where it's impossible to trust any mechanic or service station for fear of being ripped off, these guys have easily won me over. My teenage son was in a car accident and we had it towed to the nearest station which happened to be Advantage Auto Repair. First off, Stephanie at the front desk calmed me down, explained the process with insurance, what my options are (including bringing it anywhere I want), but before any of that, her first question was about the health of my son. (He's fine by the way). They talked my wife and I through what to do with the towtruck and that the car looked totaled. They took off the plates for us after the inspector came and held them for us until we were able to swing by and pick them up. They didn't charge us a penny, were increidbly communicative while we were there and days after, and we even tried giving them a $20 tip for their help, which they outright refused.
