Please avoid this place ?
They charged me 400$ to change my Rear brakes and Resurface Rotors (pad kit disc Br) after from that am listening to some weird clicking noises coming from the back tire area when am backing up and driving forward, i took to them and they were like that sound is normal they cannot do anything on it or else i have to pay all charges to repair the problem they caused and the manager lady(Don’t know the name) and the service advisor mr.frank they both were rude and giving me a bad attitude.never going to them back again.

I’ve been here at least 10 times at least half of the times I’ve been there something went wrong one time it took them like over a month to get my car repaired for a simple part and I had to use a loaner car. There’s no communication until I showed up there in person and pretty much demanded that my car get fixed then I go recently on a Saturday afternoon, their tire machine is down what kind of incompetent business doesn’t have a back up tire machine to fix their cars also, I think it’s wildly over compared to the other auto repair shops in the area avoid this place

My girlfriend took her Nissan Altima to the Nissan of Westbury Service Center in Hicksville and was shocked by the blatant overcharging for a simple air filter replacement. Even though the mechanic got her approval because she was told the work was necessary, they charged her over $200 for something that should cost far less. The staff's nasty and dismissive attitude when she questioned the cost only made things worse. One woman even told her she shouldn’t be able to authorize work in the future since she didn’t know how much an air filter should actually cost. This service center clearly preys on customers, especially women, with their ridiculous prices and poor customer service. Avoid them at all costs if you value your money and sanity.

My Nissan rogue 2021 battery died twice last week I have to jumpstart every time I called the dealer and make appointment . I went first time they told me is late you have come early morning after week it’ happened again my car battery died again need jumpstart & made appointment early morning with them 2nd time I wait almost three hours check the battery after three hours they told your car battery is fine we can’t give replacement . How is fine if battery died three times a week I have manufacturer warranty they just want make money don’t care about customers waste of time this dealership this is my third car with Nissan lease now time change this company .

Fabulous people & fantastic service ??? Frank, Barbara, & Tony explained the root of the problem (dealer had not checked the quality of the engine before releasing the purchase to us…the battery was faulty). They sorted the situation straightaway by getting us a new battery from a local Nissan dealership.
Frank was nothing but gracious and sensitive to our concerns as this was a new Nissan Rogue. Tony explained how to utilize my smartphone to the car so that Apple Maps can do its job. Barbara is a nice and kind receptionist.
Kudos and pay raises all around ?

I live in Brooklyn and come to this service center just to get the oil changed because I wasn't satisfied with the Brooklyn service center. This time when they changed the oil, the cap was open and when i asked the guy he said just because its loose it doesn't matter.
They told me i should be getting brake fluid change on 20K miles and mine was only a little over 18k, they charged me and didn't do what they told me. I am really furious and will never be going there again! This is my huge experience.
