I've been to West John Auto a few times now for both my cars. Each time I've been there, they've done right with me and I've left happy with the service. Hugo works diligently and he's treated me with respect everytime. The price is fair and they try their best with getting the work done in a timely manner (they're usually busy juggling with multiple cars). I would recommend West John Auto and will continue to use their services moving forward. You can't go wrong with them!

I went at 8:00 am for inspection. I guess it will be taken within 30 minutes. But he said just leave my car. I left my car and pick up around 3:30pm. This is horrible wasting time ever. Do not trust any good review. Do not waste your time.

Chop shop. Do not take your car here. Came in for a 1 hr spark plug job at 8am and was told my car wouldn’t be ready until they close at 6pm. I suspect they spent the day stripping my car of parts. It does not run the same anymore. My car is now leaking underneath and rain water is storing in the doors. The car lets in much more sound than previously. My brand new ceramic brakes don’t work as well like they’ve been switched out. Oh and Hugo will ignore you at the counter if you’re not Chinese. Stay far, far away unless you’d like your car to be worse off than before.

West John Auto is busy and full of cars for a reason!!! I’ve mostly dealt with Hugo who is amazing. He’s friendly and obviously cares a lot about being transparent about exactly what is wrong with the car, for example he has sent me videos before showing me exactly what was wrong and needed replacing in my car. The prices he quotes are very fair, way better than the dealership service prices I was paying before, and the repairs have lasted longer too! West John auto has absolutely earned my trust. I’ve recommended them to multiple friends and family so I figured I’d recommend them to the google search results too.

West John Auto is located on West John Street. There were 3 big signs . The yellow one is where the reception is . Manager, Hugo, is very efficient, courteous and knowledge. He gave the price upfront . Service as expected

Three years ago I took my 1997 Honda Civic to replace my timing belt, I went to another shop there little enthusiasm to do the job. West John Auto will take on jobs others will not do.
