Not too happy with this place and I come often since it’s closer to where I live. They should do better! Almost every other machine is out of service, always broken and when I come back a week later it’s still broken. Poor management of the machines. Lack of pride. Time to replace the machines. Every single time I struggle putting coins in and getting the slot to align. Just add the tech piece to it and use the laundro card. Terrible!! Dryers are always taken by your drop off service. Just shut the place down then and let it be drop off laundro service only cause it’s become a real inconvenience when patrons do their own laundry having to wait or find a dryer to use.

I dropped off my husbands shirt to get dry cleaned for a wedding I had to attend.
I told them I needed to pick it up by Saturday. They said not a problem at all.
I came to pick it up Sunday (1 day later) and they tell me it’s not ready. I then asked to just have the shirt and I’d go iron it myself at home. She told me the shirt wasn’t even at this location. It’s at another location. I said I would go get it wherever it was as I needed the shirt for a wedding that day.
She then got the owner on the phone who was unable to accommodate me at all and this entire situation caused me to be late to the wedding I was attending.
I don’t think it’s fair to promise a time and completely fail. This caused such chaos for me due to poor business practice.

Recently moved to Hicksville. Found this location close to me and have been extremely pleased with their facilities. Give them a try. Then, today, the owner, Anthony, goes above and beyond with his customer service. Thanks again. You'll continue having me as a customer!

The woman who runs this laundromat is extremely kind and helpful. Our clothes always come back fresh and clean, and she always has them ready within a day or so. Highly recommend the drop off service.

NoThey don't even have hot water in the hand sink.UPDATE////// AFTER 6 MONTHS OF THE FIRST REVIEW, THE LAUNDRY STILL WITHOUT HOT WATER. and the older lady who works there is super annoying and sarcastic, when a machine swallows her coin and tells her, she insinuates that you are stealing from her! For all this, a star.Updating after you responded this way, I think you have the wrong people, I don't know who you have had problems with and who has been robbed and I don't know who they have fired from a laundry for stealing, my comment that you call negative is simply what happens in the laundry and I think it is not the best way to treat customers, I should think better about it.

The worst experience, Mrs. Julia is super rude, bossy and annoying, many times the machines do not count the coins correctly and the lady does not like to give you the coin, you cannot ask her something because she answers you in the worst way, apart from that I don't know use hot water at all, they say they have been nominated #1 but I imagine it is by people who only send clothes to be washed and don't know that hot water is not used or don't care.

This is my go to laundry spot; the machines always work,they're open till 10pm, and its always spotless. They have drop off service but I've never used it. I'm sure they do a good job though from the way everything seems to work out here.

I've been coMing to Vjag laundry for a few years now, and today cut ties for good. usually a little slow with their pick up times as they take dry cleaning to another location, they will staple the tag of for your clothes into the fabric creating holes. can't communicate with the employees as their native toungue is Spanish. but the real issue is if they lose something of yours and why I'm cutting ties. Staff had switched my grey pants with another lady's workout pants, (ah well happens right) I bring her pants back once I realized the confusion and asked for my pants. They didn't have them in the store and had to track it down.Left my number with the worker to expect a call from the owner. The owner who initially called himself Steve, told me that it would be no problem and that he'd have my pants back no later than Friday (it was a Monday) and if no resolution atleast give me a call. one week had past and hadn't heard anything from "Steve" so I call and he answers and says oh Joe I'm sorry she's on vacation and will be back tomorrow. we'll have the pants for you no later than Weds and I'll give you a call if not. another week goes by and no call back, had to call them again but this time they aren't answering the phone. So naturally I *67 and call again instant answer from the owner But this time it's not "Steve" . I annoyed ask for Steve, Anthony states he's a partner in Vjag and hasn't heard of the problem and to catch him up. So I did thinking I'm talking to another owner. I being annoyed that the process has taken three weeks with no call backs asked for a refund, and restitution if they cannot find the pants. They were 250$ pants once he heard that Anthony perked right up saying woah woah woah that's not right playing buddy buddy, asked if he can call me back later with a resolution. Reluctantly I said yes and said if I don't get a call back I'd be irate. he calls me an hour later saying we will refund you for the service because we lost your pants and he'd now take lead on the lost pants. No suprise after hearing that it'd cost him 250$ in restitution, he got the pants to me the next day. Now to pick up the lost pants, they tried to charge me again for the lost pants. after arguing with the staff I said call Anthony and finally let me take my pants after already paying for them to be lost. Now the messed up part, since I thought I was talking to one of the owners I appreciated him jumping in and finding and having the next day, I offered instead of a complete refund comp my next dry cleaning, implying I'd happily return for future services, he agreed. Now to today picking up my dry cleaning that was supposed to be "comped". Now that the pants situation was rectified Anthony changed tunes. now he says no I offered to comp one pants for you, I'm in the business of making money, and I quote "not losing money or people's clothes." Than goes on to say "well why would I not refund you 35$, when I could have kept the 250$ pants. That's when he lost my business. I just said you know what Anthony I completely understand you have a good night, not realizing that 34$ is nothing compared to future earnings do right by your customs and they take care of you, that's not this guy. I hung up paid full price and asked if Steve works here to tthe staff and responded Whos Steve? So if you're speaking to a "Steve" it's really just Anthony. If you made it this far don't do business here.

Needed to have my sheets, blankets and towels bc washed it was 9:30 pm. I found them on YELP and called the number. I spoke to Anthony who told me they can get the job done. He was nice and friendly and told me that he isn't working but to to talk to Thania and she would help me. Thania was AMAZING! She was very friendly and answered all my questions. She got the job done in less then 24 hours. Thank you Thania! You are a lifesaver!
