They never have anything . It's a waste of time. No braiding hair options , limited edge controls, makeup .. nothing. If you need hair dye that's your best bet or maybe like scrunchies but actual hair things don't waste your time.

They know zero about the products they sell. The older woman and guy are clueless and lazy. They point to where you should go find something and have no answers to questions. I rather go to CVS next door where they will at least try instead of saying “I don’t know” to a simple basic hair questions. Pick a different profession than an owner of a Beauty Supply store!

Great location with lots of natural hair product options. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Family owned and operated. Wig selection wasn’t huge but I’ll pop in again. This is not a BO business if that matters to you.

They carry a lot of the lines that I use, like Redken Shades Eq. It is nice to have a store nearby to be able to purchase from.

This place is awful and customer service is awful. They advised me to get the wrong length extensions and refused to exchange them for the right ones when I went back in the NEXT day with the extensions in perfect condition and never worn. They weren’t willing to do anything to make it right. Horrible business.
