Not reliable anymore. Yet again went by (hours say open till 9pm) and lights off, nobody there. No note on the door. No explanation. Just a store closed in the middle of business hours. Has happened a number of times. That's with me avoiding Sundays as even though their hours say open on Sunday there is never anyone there. Now going down the street where another story is open 7 days per week and always has someone there. The lack of customer service appears to be an ongoing problem. How are you gonna survive as a business when you show no respect to your customers and aren't there to service them? Employee was sick? Leave a note apologizing to your customers. It's not that hard if you have an ounce of respect to your customers.

Been here a handful of times for cbd, they had decent prices, was happy. One time during pandemic the lady touched the cbd with her bare hand, not so happy. Last time, she sold me an opened jar with broken seal. I went back the next day, gentleman didn’t seem to believe me (have no reason to lie), said couldn’t take it back if it had been open (I didn’t open it, it was already open), no refund, no exchange, no store credit, nothing…offered discount to buy more…never going back.

Great experience and good service. The girl sho helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right vape. Definitely recommend this place and am happy I chose this shop to go to.

Trash. Seemed like I interrupted the girl's nap time. Not to mention they charge 2x as much for vapes. $30 for a pack of stigs?! Y'all need to put down the pipe or just close up shop.

:One of the qualities that I like about this shop is that it is convenient. Staff is always positive and actually take time to look out for customer needs. The prices are competitive with other shops. And if they don't have particular brand or flavor that you're looking for, they do try and get it there for your next visit. I have not yet had a bad experience with this shop. So far, they have treated me very well.

This is one of the better vape shops in Nassau in my opinion. They carry a nice variety of products at decent prices, plus I love supporting a local business that also supports other local businesses. Additionally they carry a lot of good, reputable CBD brands which I like a lot. The staff is always very friendly and helpful every time I go in there as well. I highly recommend Vaporville to anyone in search of good cbd or vape products in the Nassau County area.

As a long time CBD user it is a treat to do business with a store that is actually knowledgeable and cares enough to carry products that actually work and have accurate labeling. Vaporville is the place to shop if you want to learn the truth about vaping risks and benefits as well as a wealth of information for CBD users at any level of experience. I have learned so much from them although I'm already pretty knowledgeable. I'm not interested in buying cheap, low quality products that may contain harmful ingredients. So many shops in this area are CLUELESS, they don't know about QR code's or what an accredited lab report looks like. Honestly, they don't care! They all sell the same lines of products that have fancy packaging but are totally mislabeled. CBD is not a fad for me, it's my medicine, part of my wellness. I love spending my money with businesses that care enough to help consumers make good choices. I have not found vaporville's prices to be higher than competitors, but I'm always willing to pay more for high quality and high service. Matt and the rest of the vaporville crew are experts at customer service, for the record I teach customer service for a living so I'm a very critical customer. Also want to add I live in eastern Suffolk county so I've tried CBD stores all over Long Island, for me the trip to vaporville is worth it every time, it will be for you too!
