Writing this review specifically about Postal Worker named Rose. My Fiancé and I came into mail our wedding invitations which is typically a stressful and tedious task.Rose made it an exciting moment in our wedding countdown. She took a photo of us with our envelopes, helped us choose stamps that went with our envelopes and overall gave us great customer service. Thank you for employing such a kind and caring employee, I will definitely be back!

One of the worst service ever I have experienced they are not well organized as I did delivery to my country for express option even after 20 days it Still hasn't reached and they are saying they are not responsible once it goes out of usSuch poor work by USPS how can you be careless

Went there in a walking hours to do passport. The Asian lady(Rose) a big fat lier. We waited for 40 minutes and after waiting see come to us and said I can't take you without appointments irrespective to anyone else waiting for passport. And when I told we came in walking hrs and she was like "I don't know we don't do walk-in ". She is worst then a bag of garbage.

On 12/13/23 I scheduled a Passport renewal application with the Hicksville Post Office since they are a full service Postal Office. They do Passport Photos and full application review and processing. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Rose who took the time and patience to review my application and fix any missing areas, confirm my supporting documents and even provide me with information on how to obtain a clean and new Birth Certificate via the Vital Records website. Ms. Rose was a pleasure to work with and made this process very pleasant. She was quick, intelligent and helpful. She is a shining example of Great Customer Service and an asset to the US Postal Company. Bravo ~~ Ms. Rose. And thanks for making this experience such a positive one for me.

Made an appointment at 2:30pm for passport. Got there at 2:05pm and no one is in the passport office. Just my family and I. The lady "Rose" told me I need to wait till 2:30pm. So we wait till 2:30pm, but this lady is no longer to be found at 2:30pm. I have to keep locking on the locked door to get someone to know we are here waiting for passport. When she comes back, she is not apologetic or anything. Extremely rude attitude. She looks like her job or life is miserable. I don't get why USPS have to hire someone who hate their jobs. On top of that, only 2 people on the counter with 50+ people waiting in line. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT. Again its a government job, they don't give a damn about paying customer services. Saw an award on the wall for customer service, WHAT A JOKE.

Posted time limit for International delivery not guaranteed.I opt for Priority Express delivery for international shipment it was about to deliver within 5 days and charged for $75.55. But it has been delivered after 12 days. In that case I could have opted for Priority mail international shipping which is 6 to 10 business days, cost me about $45.

I won’t say all staff members but few are so rude. If we have more packages in hand, they give us bad expressions and don’t even greet. So rude. Subrata is so kind and nice but Rory to say the name but Orgia is so rude. She doesn’t know how to do her job with happiness. She doesn’t wanna do her work.

Recently dropped off an urgent priority mail package at the Hicksville Post Office and is already lost (never made it out of the building). Seems like lost mail/packages is very common here. Planning on filing a police report as I fear this could be internal theft going on. Be careful on using this location especially if mailing anything of value....

Would not recommend to come here for your FBI Digital Fingerprinting. The staff did not know what they were doing and I was told to come back the next day (which would've changed nothing) or try to go to a police station. Had to go to a different location (Huntington Station) to get service done correctly.
