The manager is rude and clearly doesn’t like her job. Not helpful or empathetic in the slightest way. I will never be coming to this target again. The customer service is absolutely disgusting.

I had a deeply upsetting and disturbing experience at the Target located in Broadway Mall in Hicksville, NY—a store I’ve been shopping at for over a decade. As a Muslim woman who wears a headscarf, I was harassed by a customer who followed me into an aisle, aggressively asked where I was from, and told me to “go back to my country,” claiming she was a Veteran. I felt targeted, unsafe, and completely alone. Thankfully, I was able to start recording the interaction, at which point she ran off.
To make matters worse, there was no staff or security present to assist. When I found an employee and asked for the manager, I was casually told to go wait in line at customer service. I asked the cashier to call the manager, but she simply gestured for me to wait again. When the manager finally arrived, I showed her the video of the incident. She briefly reviewed it with another employee, then told me to let them know if I saw the woman again. That was it. No one offered to escort me, check security cameras, or even attempt to locate this clearly threatening individual.
No person—regardless of their background—should have to endure racist harassment in a public place, especially in a store where safety and respect should be a basic expectation. Target needs to urgently review how their employees respond to incidents of discrimination and take real steps to protect their customers. This was not only disappointing—it was unacceptable.

I recently bought a pack of Jimmy Dean turkey sausages from this store, later i found out they were over a month expired. I immediately raised a complaint, expecting them to remove the product. But when I went back the next day for a refund, the same expired items were still on the shelf.
This is a serious food safety issue — and it clearly shows a lack of care and responsibility from the store staff and management. Selling expired meat products is not just careless, it’s dangerous.
If you’re shopping here, please double-check expiration dates, especially on refrigerated and frozen foods. I’ve been a regular customer, but after this experience, I’ve completely lost trust.
And, the return window should be polite not aggressive. Its your fault, your team should be apologize not rude.

i had a few problems at checkout but a girl, i think her name is clarissa was super sweet and helped me out! the products are super easy to find and the staff usually come quickly when you press the button for help.

This place is falling apart. Theres garbage all over, you can walk down 75% of the aisles in the store and there’s a half empty drinks or an open container of food. There boxes everywhere, blocking aisles sometime they sit for multiple days. One things do get stocked they’re not neat what so ever. And the nasty bald old man at the self checkout that yells at everyone that walks through there, not once have I seen him nice to someone. The security looks useless, they let everyone walk out anyway, what’s the point, make them go clean up the trash left all over the stores instead of just talking amongst each other. This has to be one of the most un put together targets I’ve been to, and employees are horrendous. No matter how many times you buz for help they never show unless you get them. Who is managing this stuff and letting this all happen???

Room for 10 cash registers, typically 2 of them open. Why can't Target have more workers, what was the point of building 10 registers? People are willing to work but Target says no. On top of that the Self Check Out does not open until 11am now, so if you want to shop early, you now have to wait on long times, this store is poorly run and should be closed. If they can't serve their customers, the customers will shop elsewhere. You lost me as a Customer...

Clean, large, less crowded, and with multiple product offerings. Its got a large parking lot outside to park your car. Going to this target feels like going to Walmart but a bit pricier...

Horrible shopping experience, the items are locked behind glass and no store employees are available to assist. Waited 15 minutes for an associate to "call someone" the left empty handed when none arrived. Don't waste your time just shop online.

I will never return to this location and would advise others to go to another Target. The manager, Jenny, is the most unprofessional individual I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. I see other reviews mentioning a dismissive and unhelpful manager and I’m sure it’s the same person.
