Needed ink cartridges for my printer, staff associate saw me looking for them in the aisle and helped me locate the correct one. He also rang up my purchase and helped me sign up for the loyalty program. Will definitely be back for more office items

Purchased an office chair. Many models to choose from. Each model had a demo that could be tried. The staff were courteous and helpful. Assistance was provided to place the chair’s box into my car. All in all, a positive experience.
