they always offer a broad range of variety and make your imagination come into reality. the staff is extremely friendly. I have been going there with my family for years now and never come out disappointed. I leave with everything I have seen for myself and they are good priced for the quality and the work they give to their clients. amazing! Hi this is a very good store for Indian clothes which is sometimes hard to find and the staff I say is just very friendly and helpful they are always willing to help u with a variety of clothes.

Our customer experience here was amazing. We altered a clothing item and it didn’t meet our expectations. They were very kind and let us choose a different one until we were satisfied. We also ordered a custom made three-piece suit, and it came just in time for the wedding. Overall, great experience. I recommend this place if you want affordable clothing items that are good quality, and in a time crunch. Will be purchasing from here again!

This is primarily an Indian store for fashion and wedding essentials. It's deceivingly roomy. With a separate section for bridals and upon entrance areas of fashion for men and women. Many items are well packed in plastic cases. ( see pix) it is located within a shopping lot on the east side of Broadway in Hicksville.

Checked out a few stores in Hicksville this is by far the best one honestly. Service was great, they had a lot more variety & options with beautiful intricate designs that were unique & infused both traditional and modern styles. Their lehengas are beautiful & some of my favorites. They also let you take pictures of the dresses unlike the other stores in the area & cater to what you want instead of feeding you ideas. The staff are amazing, definitely recommend this place for all desi outfits whether it's for Eid, bridal wear, reception, etc. They also have 2 other locations but most likely will be coming back here.

Neil and his entire team are truly exceptional. They consistently deliver outstanding service, offering a wide range of outfit options, crafting custom suits of exceptional quality, and demonstrating remarkable attention to detail in their color selection. Their alteration service is impeccable, and they always exceed our expectations by delivering ahead of schedule. We are extremely satisfied with the entire team.

Neel & Auntie made the selection process so easy from start to finish. Neel offered me so many options that suited my style and budget. The alterations were perfect. Their knowledge, patience, positive attitude and guidance was priceless. Whether it’s your first event or hundredth, they will take GREAT care of you. Also, their selections are AMAZING!!!

Neel and team were amazing! We had a rushed last minute request for a Sharara. They were able to turnaround a beautiful one within 3 business days!!! The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. We will certainly come back.

Neel is the one of the most knowledgeable clothing expert I’ve came across. I customized our wedding outfit and i am beyond happy with the outcome!! I am one of those picky people who will notice the smallest thread. I am glad i placed my order with him. He made the vision into reality!! He worked together and updated every week on the work. My wife and I both ordered custom outfits for our wedding. We were told that the outfits would be available within 6-8 weeks and 3 weeks respectively. They said they would call us when it came in but they didn't. We had to call at least 1-2 times a week to check on the status of our outfits; most times when we called, they would promise to give us a call back and they never did. My wife got her lehenga back after a little over 2 months. When she got it back, we noticed the sleeves were not the way we asked and the zipper was broken. They were kind enough to take it back and fix it. Originally the owner called to let us know it was ready. But then we gave another call to let them know we will be picking the dress up and it turned out they lied about having the sleeves fixed and offered to have it altered that same day. This is unacceptable as they were given weeks to make the alterations and they failed to do so. When we finally got it back, the dress was not even fitted properly and it was looser than before. My sherwani also had similar issues. In fact, I did not get my sherwani until about a week before the wedding. I ordered it about a month and a half in advance, keep in mind they promised to have the sherwani ready to be picked up in 3 weeks. The only good thing is that the outfits did turn out nice design wise. However, I still think it was not worth all the stress and headache of working with them. Go somewhere else for your desi bridal and fashion needs.

5 stars- I wish I could rate even higher. Sai Bridal provided the best customer service and quality for my wedding. Neel and his team are incredible and make sure that every single outfit is tailored the way you want it. My family and friends loved their outfits and I am so happy we found Sai Bridal. Great store!!
