Much of that time was due to the teller getting authorization from above on the phone, obviously on hold, waiting for the green light. Killed much of that time with some amiable chit-chat with a couple of tellers. Took longer than I thought, but pretty smooth. Satisfied customer.”

“The perfect Citibank for Indian people and Indian speakers. Staff here is mostly or entirely all Indian and offers all Indian dialects. The Indian banker I met with here was also very courteous. She told me all safe deposit boxes were taken, but kindly told me the availability in other Citi branches. There are also 4 ATMs here unlike the one at Brush Hollow Road, which only has one ATM and has been closed ever since Covid-19 started.”

“I always have a great experience at this bank, everyone is so nice & friendly at the Hicksville location. Today I went here because I noticed charges to my account that were not from me & John M was so incredibly helpful. He spent about an hour with me & called the fraud department to dispute the charges & gave me so many helpful tips on how to protect my card info from being stolen. Super nice guy, super easy to talk to, funny & extremely helpful! Thanks again John!”
