I am quite frustrated with my recent experience at Rainbow Carwash. I signed up for the monthly plan with the understanding that I could upgrade my service during any visit by simply paying the difference. However, when I requested a different service today, I was charged the full amount of $41 instead of just paying the difference. This was not what I was led to believe when I signed up, and it left me feeling misled and disappointed.
That said, I do want to acknowledge the special attention given to the cleaning process. The quality of the cleaning itself was top-notch, and the staff put great care into ensuring my vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. For this reason, I'm still giving 4 stars.
However, better transparency regarding upgrade options would greatly improve the overall customer experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it would make me more inclined to continue using Rainbow Carwash in the future.

Brand new got damaged due to non qualified workers. So I got my brand new Lexus three days ago. I went to this place like literally the first time. After they vacuum my car I could see clearly a lot of scratches on my screen. I told to the manager who himself called Fernando. He just said they never did it. His explanation is that they only vacuum the floor so whatever happened to screen is not their responsibility. Please avoid this place if you don’t want your car to be damaged.

Just got back. Spots on the outside, streaks left. Inside they barely vacuumed. I had a few grocery bags with HDMI cables in the back and tied them so that they can move them. They left them there and didn't vacuum the seats they were on at all. Pretty disappointed. Noticed a bunch of spots. They were busy so maybe that's why.
This wash is also pretty rough, I usually prefer the rollers over the drapes that smack around.

This car wash is very good. I took my truck and purchased the platinum wash. Oscar did a fantastic job on my car. One employee to a car ( at times two) is the way to go for best possible quality results. This is one of the few car washes that still utilizes this system. I recommend that you go during the week in the afternoon, as there is less customer volume and the employee is most likely to do a better job. I am very happy with the results of my car. This is now my go to car wash. Take your car there you wont be disappointed.

Very disappointed this time. They’re usually good but not this time. They forgot to Vacuum the back of my Mini Van. When I came home I opened the side doors & it wasn’t even touched. I had to vacuum it myself so it defeated the purpose of going to the Car Wash. Check the Inside of your Vehicle before you leave there.

What on earth did I pay $30+ for!? I bought the wash and shine package and this will be my first and last time coming here. Tons of dirt marks still left on the car, scratches on my A/C vents, one of my vent knobs they pushed hard on and now it’s loose. Dirt on seats, passenger side was plopped down on multiple times ( in front of me) and now I have a mark on it. The location is packed and they have a lot of workers but 45 minutes for a car wash is an absurd amount of time to wait for a bad time. The attendants ride your car HARD to bring it out , leave water marks on mats without drying them and not to mention if you have memory seating they’ll mess up your alignment.

Amazing experience. Great outside wash and cleaning of the console, dashboard and windows. I was in the area and gave them a try. Would drive here from Brooklyn if time permitted. I was impressed!
